According to Jack Posobiec, editor of Post Millennial's sister-publication Human Events Davisourt's car was "ransacked while she covered Andy Ngo's Antifa trial today in Portland." He reported the vehicles' "Windows shattered, items stolen. And she was not parked near the courthouse Antifa threatened her inside the courthouse too," sharing video of the heavily damaged sedan.
"After I left the courthouse where I was reporting on @MrAndyNgo’s trial against Antifa, I found that my car was broken into by my hotel. The windows were busted out, items were stolen, and personal identification documents were taken—I’m obviously upset" Daviscourt posted to X (formerly Twitter).
The greatest concern cited by Post Millennial is that Daviscourt's personal identification was stolen from the vehicle and that earlier in the day, Antifa terrorists had "harrassed Daviscourt" challenging her to enter an elevator with them. She told the publication that she was approached by both of the Antifa defendants Hacker and Richter inside the courthouse but outside the confines of the courtroom. She said she was waiting for the elevator when Richter approached her flanked by two others who proceeded to berate her.
"Join us in the elevator," they urged. "Why are you avoiding the elevator with us? Step inside," they told her with alleged malice according to Post Millennial. Richter, as Daviscourt described to the publication, gave her an intense "death glare." Choosing caution, Daviscourt refused to enter the elevator.
Hacker reportedly confronted her while on a call with her office asking "Why are you providing false information in your reporting?" Early in the trial, Richter called her a "facist." Richter faced charges of guiding other Antifa members to Ngô's location during a riot facilitating the assault against the Post Millennial Editor-At-Large that followed.
Hacker allegedly assaulted Ngô at a Portland gym in May 1st 2019 stealing his phone from him. He was attacked by Antifa members allegedly including the two defendants in the streets of Portland 27 days later. Ngô testified that the savage attack "broke him."
According to The Post Millennial "Ngo's team submitted evidence that allegedly shows a screenshot of Hacker doxxing Ngo's location on Twitter during the attack. 'People are saying Andy Ngo was spotted at Portland Protest and chased off. Said he ran into AC hotel or the Nines.' Hacker tweeted on May 28, 2021."
The defense attorney representing Hacker and Richter told jurors during the trial Tuesday that she herself "was Antifa" assuring them that she would remember each of their faces.
It is unknown at this time if Ngô will appeal the ruling, or if any investigation into the destruction of Daviscourt's vehicle is underway.
