RFK Jr. Joins Landmark Lawsuit Against The Biden Administration's Rampant Social Media Censorship - 'Every Act Of Censorship Has Two Classes Of Victims'

On Wednesday, presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (D) announced that his lawsuit filed against the Biden administration for violating his and others' First Amendment rights by censoring their speech has joined Missouri v. Biden, another case that is accusing the Biden administration of violating the Constitution in censoring conservative voices.

RFK filed the complaint against the Biden administration in March of this year, listing a number of officials within the Biden administration like White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and White House National Climate Advisor Gina McCarthy. The case accused the administration of a “censorship campaign” that “encouraged, promoted, and induced [social media companies] to stifle viewpoints that the government disfavors.”

Kennedy recently spoke before the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government about censorship and social media companies colluding with the government, as previously reported by the DC Enquirer. During his opening statement, he spoke about the numerous occasions that he faced censorship from social media companies puppeteered by the government.

That case is now joining alongside an even larger case that is headed by the state of Missouri against Biden. The Missouri case specifically looks to the government censoring conservative voices on social media but easily can work alongside the case presented by Kennedy.

“Huge victory as Kennedy v Biden is consolidated with Missouri v Biden,” the Democrat wrote on his Twitter. “My case is a class action suit on behalf of individuals censored by the White House, who were harmed and whose rights were infringed by not hearing our messages. As Frederick Douglass pointed out, every act of censorship has two classes of victims; the speakers and the listeners!”

The unified front with Kennedy, whose lawsuit is a class action, and the state of Missouri presents an undeniable threat to the Biden administration in court. The cases individually were already major threats to the administration but the combination of them only further solidifies the case presented against the Biden’s for their rampant and unjust censorship.

A victory against the Biden administration isn’t just a victory against Biden but one against any and all attempts to censor by any current and future administrations. The age of technology has presented new challenges in interpreting what is protected by the Constitution and what is not but allowing the government to say who can say what and who cannot is a clear injustice.
