In the furtherance of 'transgendered' Americans as an institutionally favored class under the Biden-Harris administration, new reporting released earlier this week has revealed a Department of Defense memo outlining in detail the standards of "care of service members who identify as transgender."
According to the 34-page memo obtained by Jordan Schachtel writing for The Dossier, the purpose of the document from the Defense Health Agency is,
"a. To establish uniform guidelines regarding the medical and mental health care of service members who identify as transgender.
b. Ensure all service members who identify as transgender are cared for by clinicians who are qualified to deliver safe healthcare that is culturally sensitive within generally accepted standards.
c. To emphasize appropriate communication with unit commanders who are tasked with maintaining unit readiness and good order and discipline."
Early in the Trump administration, the 45th president placed a ban on people identifying as 'transgender' serving in the military in a move both of policy and practicality. Many officials then (and now) have asserted that the "medical procedures" inherent to a person becoming 'transgender' inherently hinder unit readiness and cohesion. However, as Schachtel observes, since President Biden promptly terminated this policy, "the Biden Administration has granted more and more benefits to this cohort."
The list of medical benefits to these service members is now extensive and all at the taxpayers' expense, of course. The benefits include 'transgendered' service members becoming “non-deployable,” possibly permanently, and becoming exempt from physical fitness standards as well as grooming and uniform standards.
Schachtel explains,"Service members who identify as transgender may receive a waiver for grooming and uniform standards.
Service members who identify as transgender may receive an indefinite waiver for physical fitness standards. This waiver often becomes a de facto permanent situation, and the transgender identifying service member just has to renew the exemption request every six months.
Service members who identify as transgender will be considered “non-deployable” for up to 300 days while taking hormones for their “transition” period. Again, given that these hormones are often required for life, this may render the transgender identifying service member as permanently unable to deploy."
Essentially, a service member's entire "medical transition" can be accomplished at almost no financial cost to them at all. It is all being handled by the military's medical complex at your expense.
And in exchange for it, the American people receive what can only be described as limited service to our country, in which the service member will not be forward deployed, will not be subject to the same physical standards, and will have conferred upon them a lifetime of medical care to further their denial of biological reality. All whilst military discipline imposes those around them under threat of administrative punishment to call men women, women men, and all the whimsical nonsensical pseudo-pronouns that come with the 'woke' agenda
Bluntly, the U.S. military, for all intents and purposes, has become the express lane for 'transgenderism,' more concerned with service members 'feelings' and neurosis than with effectively defending our nation.
