'Let's Show The Democrats How To Win': British Labour Party To Campaign For Kamala In Key Swing States

As the 2024 race enters its final stretch, the left-leaning Labour Party in the United Kingdom is sending reinforcements to help Vice President Kamala Harris get Democrat voters to the polls in multiple battleground states critical for her to win the presidency. The head of operations for the Labour Party, Sofia Patel, called for volunteers to contact her if they were interested in being one of the British volunteers who would travel to the United States to support the Harris campaign.

"I'm planning a trip for Labour Party staff to help our friends across the pond elect their first female President (second time lucky!)," Patel wrote on LinkedIn. "Let's show the Democrats how to win elections!" After making the post in August, Patel was able to get nearly 100 volunteers from the United Kingdom to campaign for Kamala. "I have nearly 100 Labour Party staff (current and former) going to the US in the next few weeks heading to North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Virginia. I have 10 spots available for anyone available to head to the battleground state of North Carolina - we will sort your housing," the Head of Operations at The Labour Party wrote.

In response to the efforts to organize Labour Party volunteers to head to America to campaign, conservatives argued that it represented foreign election interference by an international political party. "The UK's far left Labour Party has been organizing FOR MONTHS to come to America to campaign for Kamala. This is foreign election interference. Their head of operations who has been a lead planner for Prime Minister Keir Starmer is in charge of this operation," Robby Starbuck wrote on X. "The Democrats are getting help from a foreign government to try to beat Trump. Now you know why they invented Russia collusion, it was always projection because they're actually getting boots on the ground help from foreign governments to help them win. If we have an even slightly competent media then this will be the biggest story in the country by the end of the day."

After years of Democrats claiming that Trump was aided in the 2016 election by Russian interference in the election, the Harris campaign will likely stay quiet when British volunteers show up on America's shores to canvass for Kamala. President Trump represents an international threat to left-wing ideology and globalization, and preventing his election is critical for not only Democrats but other left-wing parties in other nations.
