'Losing His Temper': Court Insiders Reveal The Truth About Judge's Behavior With Trump On The Stand

On Monday, leading Republican presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump took the stand in a Manhattan courthouse in the ongoing $250 million civil lawsuit brought against him by New York Attorney General Letitia James (D-NY).

Trump took the witness stand to answer various questions about his investments and accounting practices. The state is alleging that Trump inflated the value of his properties and investments in order to convince lenders to do business with him. They have argued that he earned $100 million thanks to the supposedly fraudulent valuations that allegedly inflated his net worth by $2 billion.

"Getting ready to head to the Downtown Lower Manhattan Courthouse to testify in one of the many cases that were instigated and brought by my POLITICAL OPPONENT, Crooked Joe Biden, through agencies and surrogates, for purposes of ELECTION INTERFERENCE," Trump wrote on Truth Social on Monday morning. "This is the first time this method of cheating in an election has been so blatantly used in the USA as a POLITICAL WEAPON! Mostly done in Third World Countries. Got a really Biased, Nasty, Club controlled, but often overturned, Judge, a Racist, Evil, and Corrupt Attorney General, BUT A CASE THAT, ACCORDING TO ALMOST ALL LEGAL SCHOLARS, HAS ZERO MERIT. A dark day for our Country. WITCH HUNT!"

During his testimony, Trump denied any wrongdoing and reportedly went after the judge and Attorney General James for "trying to hurt" him, per The New York Post.

Those inside the courtroom also revealed the blatant bias of Judge Arthur Engoron, who, according to one account, was visibly disgusted with Trump on the stand.

"In all honesty, I've never witnessed a more biased judge in all of my court experiences," the court attendee wrote. "It's almost theatrical. How disgusted he is by Trump on that stand."

"But of course, there are no cameras here to capture it," the attendee explained. "Trump's Female attorney just urged the prosecutors to 'ask better questions.' She argues that his answers are indeed 'relevant.'"

"Judge just yelled at the court," the insider explains about Engoron. "If anyone is losing their temper in this courtroom, it's him."

The case has seen a number of Trump family members testify on the witness stand, including Eric Trump, who did so last week, and Ivanka Trump, expected to testify on Wednesday as the state's final witness.

"Judge Engoron is a political hack who ruled against me before the trial even started," Trump wrote last week on Truth Social about Engoron. "He is doing the dirty work for the Democrat Party. I was not even given the option of a jury. This Rigged Case should have never been brought, but since it was, it should have been in the Commercial Division, but Engoron WOULD NOT LET GO OF IT."

"He fought us, sanctioned us for no reason, fined us big money, never gave us even a one day delay," Trump explained. "This is his big chance, and he was not going to let it go. In the meantime, they "lost" their Star Witness, and my Financial Statements are GREAT! There was no fraud, so they are working with the corrupt A.G. whose campaign was "I will get Trump," to develop something, anything."

"They even go back to 2014, past the Statute of Limitations, to look at a 'low ball' offer I made for the Buffalo Bills," he continued. "Someone else offered much more, so what? Now they come up with something called "disgorgement." I never even heard of the term. WITCH HUNT!!! ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!!"
