'Most Successful Super Tuesday In HISTORY': Donald Trump Responds To Nikki Haley's Withdrawal From The Presidential Race

On Wednesday, presumptive GOP nominee and 45th President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to react to former Gov. Nikki Haley's (R-SC) withdrawal from the primary race following a crushing defeat in 15 of the 16 states that voted on Super Tuesday.

Haley, the last GOP challenger after Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), former Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ), Vivek Ramaswamy (R-OH), and others dropped out in recent months, was only able to win the state of Vermont with a lead of four points. Trump, however, picked up over 700 delegates by winning the states of Alabama, Alaska, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia, Arkansas, Texas, Maine, Utah, Colorado, and California by double digits.

"Nikki Haley got TROUNCED last night, in record setting fashion, despite the fact that Democrats, for reasons unknown, are allowed to vote in Vermont, and various other Republican Primaries. Much of her money came from Radical Left Democrats, as did many of her voters, almost 50%, according to the polls. At this point, I hope she stays in the 'race' and fights it out until the end! I'd like to thank my family, friends, and the Great Republican Party for helping me to produce, by far, the most successful Super Tuesday in HISTORY, and would further like to invite all of the Haley supporters to join the greatest movement in the history of our Nation. BIDEN IS THE ENEMY, HE IS DESTROYING OUR COUNTRY. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!"

During her concession speech on Wednesday morning, Haley refused to endorse Trump wholeheartedly for president, but she did say that she wished him well. "In all likelihood, Donald Trump will be the party nominee when our party convention meets in July. I congratulate him and wish him well," Haley said. "I wish anyone well who would be America's president. Our country is too precious to let our differences divide us. I have always been a conservative Republican and have always supported the Republican nominee. But on this question, as she did on so many others, Margaret Thatcher provided some good advice when she said, 'Never just follow the crowd. Always make up your own mind.' It is now up to Donald Trump to earn the votes of those in our party and beyond it who did not support him. And I hope he does that."

President Trump's decisive victory over Nikki Haley is a turning point in the 2024 race. It is now time for the Republican Party to unite behind Trump and other America First candidates to take back the country from the Biden administration and Democrats in Congress. The race for the White House is just beginning, and Republicans nationwide must be prepared to win.
