Netflix Pushes Back Against Woke Employees In New ‘Culture’ Memo: “Netflix may not be the best place for you”

2022 could be the year of culture. America First Patriots are contending for our future, taking backspaces that have long been claimed by the Radical Left. Now, the Left has always known the power of culture, which is why they have pushed so hard to control it — indeed, cancel it.

But their time of authoritarian control could be over, sooner rather than later. Americans are waking up every day to the false bill of goods they have been sold. And we cannot stress enough — the Left will lose this “culture war”. Americans are not on their side.

For instance, the Left supported the radical Black Lives Matter movement, which terrorized our streets in the Summer of 2020. They support critical race theory, which demonizes white people and is racist towards everyone else. They support deranged efforts, like their opposition to the “Don’t Say Gay” bill — which is really an anti-grooming bill. Who honestly can say they support grooming? But the Left wants to make everything a culture war, and then they gaslight you by saying this is the Right’s doing. Well, America knows better, and now, it looks like companies are starting to wake up.

As we reported last week, companies are starting to find out that leftism is not in their best business interest. Now, Netflix, as a company, saw its first decline in subscribers in over a decade last quarter. Resultantly, they know things need to change. And one of the things they know needs to be changed is the rank corporate wokeism — the same wokeism that demonized black comedian Dave Chapelle, who has produced a few specials for the company.

A company-wide Culture Memo circulated via Netflix earlier this week through Variety. And what it says could signal the collapse of the Woke movement. Here is a key part of the letter — the “Artistic Expression” section:

“Entertaining the world is an amazing opportunity and also a challenge because viewers have very different tastes and points of view…

Not everyone will like — or agree with — everything on our service.

While every title is different, we approach them based on the same set of principles: we support the artistic expression of the creators we choose to work with; we program for a diversity of audiences and tastes; and we let viewers decide what’s appropriate for them, versus having Netflix censor specific artists or voices.”

The section concludes:

“As employees, we support the principle that Netflix offers a diversity of stories, even if we find some titles counter to our own personal values. Depending on your role, you may need to work on titles you perceive to be harmful. If you’d find it hard to support our content breadth, Netflix may not be the best place for you.”

They did not hold back. If you want to promote wokeism, if you want to war against common sense, you should go work somewhere else. That is exactly the right mentality for a company like Netflix. They have no interest in capitulating to the woke mob. They exist to entertain. If people don’t want to watch Dave Chapelle or comedians like him, they do not have to. That is that.
