New BOMBSHELL Report Reveals Potentially Why Tucker Carlson Was Pushed Out By Fox News – His Christianity Played A Role

On Monday, it was announced that Tucker Carlson will be leaving Fox News with the host’s final show being last Friday, April 21st.

“Fox News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways,” the network said in a statement, according to Forbes.

“We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor,” Fox continued in its statement. “Mr. Carlson’s last program was Friday, April 21st. Fox News Tonight will air live at 8 PM/ET starting this evening as an interim show helmed by rotating FOX News personalities until a new host is named.”

Since Monday morning, speculation has been swirling as to how Fox decided to part ways with their best talent, particularly after the company lost nearly a billion dollars in market cap.

A new piece in Vanity Fair, titled ‘Tucker Carlson’s Prayer Talk May Have Led to Fox News Ouster: ‘That Stuff Freaks Rupert Out”, seems to provide some answers.

According to the piece, Fox Corp. chair Rupert Murdoch removed Carlson over a speech made at The Heritage Foundation’s 50th Anniversary Gala where Tucker focused on the theological battle taking place between good and evil.

In the now-viral speech, Carlson called upon the audience to take 10 minutes every day to pray for the future. According to a source that Vanity Fair spoke to, “That stuff freaks Rupert out. he doesn’t like all the spiritual talk.”

The article goes on to posit that Murdoch was “unnerved by Carlson’s messianism because it echoed the end-times worldview of Murdoch’s ex-fiancée Ann Lesley Smith, the source said.”

The article went on to explain that Smith and Murdoch called off a two-week engagement “because Smith had told people Carlson was ‘a messenger from God.'”

This was apparently exacerbated when Smith and Carlson talked about religion during a dinner in late March where the two discussed the Book of Exodus. According to Vanity Fair’s source, “‘Rupert just sat there and stared.'”

The article then concludes by explaining that by getting rid of Tucker Carlson, Murdoch, who called off the wedding with Smith, got rid of his ex’s favorite show.

If these accusations are true, it would truly be a damning indictment of Rupert Murdoch’s potential pettiness. However, there is still little concrete evidence explaining Tucker’s departure.
