New Poll Demonstrates Democrats Have No Discernible Advantage On Dobbs Decision — Half Of Americans Support The Ruling!

This week has been an unbelievable gift to the America First movement. With wins on gun control, prayer, and voting laws, MAGA patriots are cheering, reflecting on the goods delivered to us by President Donald J. Trump during his time in office. And Americans — whether America First or not — miss the good old days of the previous administration.

One of those goods is the overturn of Roe v. Wade and half of likely voters are happy to hear the news. This refutes the idea that Dobbs gives Democrats any advantage in the coming midterms.

Trump knew the evils of abortion He was the most pro-life President in history when it came to his policies. And we thank him for that. He respected our Constitution, he defended our founders, and he stood up for the everyman every second of every day.

That’s what motivated him to nominate strict adherents to the Constitution to our nation’s highest court. He knew Roe would become a state issue. And he’s happy about it — although, he grieves the many tragedies that will still occur on that assumption. Here is what Trump predicting as such in the 2016 Presidental debates:

Very prescient on Trump’s part. The fact is, Americans, when they learn what Roe actually states, are very much opposed to the idea. Americans are by and large federalists and they like abortion restrictions. Not all of them are pro-life from “womb to tomb”. But most Americans think there are limits to abortion rights, improperly so called.

A new Rasmussen poll confirms that thinking. Rather than giving credence to the idea that new abortion restrictions on a state level will give Democrats an advantage, the polling suggests something far different. More likely voters are in favor of the SCOTUS ruling than are opposed to it.

“A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 50% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of the Supreme Court abortion ruling, including 38% who Strongly Approve of the decision, which means that each state can now determine its own laws regarding abortion. Forty-five percent (45%) disapprove of the Supreme Court’s new ruling, including 38% who Strongly Disapprove.”

These numbers are huge and could signal a coming red wave in 2022. The Democrats have not gained an advantage. If anything, the Republicans now have a new weapon in their arsenal to entice likely voters. We are here for it!
