Most voters have seen through the sham indictment charges against former President and current GOP frontrunner Donald Trump, with the majority of registered voters saying that the move was politically motivated.
The indictment against Trump came out at a crucial time as the House Oversight Committee is currently investigating President Biden on a foreign bribery scandal that was done during the mentally inept president's tenure as vice president, as previously reported by the DC Enquirer.
While the Department of Justice has been shielding Biden from accountability for his illegal activities, they have launched a witch hunt against the real estate mogul for the alleged classified documents that were in his possession.
The poll itself asked 2,090 registered voters, “Do you think Trump’s indictment over the handling of classified documents is a valid indictment, or is it politically motivated?” The poll was conducted from June 14th to 15th by Harvard-Harris.
A significant majority, 55 percent to be specific, supported the former president and believed that the move was politically motivated. The remaining 45 percent believed that the indictment was valid.
Most seem to expect that Trump will get out of this indictment unfazed, with 57 percent saying that they believe he will be acquitted and 53 percent saying that the next president should pardon Trump if he is convicted and sentenced to prison time.
The registered voters also saw that the move was a form of “interference by the Department of Justice in the 2024 elections,” with 56 percent saying so. Only 44 percent said that the indictment charges were a “fair application of the law.”
The poll also brought up the fiasco that Hillary Clinton had previously done during her tenure as Secretary of State. An overwhelming 72 percent of voters said that Clinton mishandled classified information, with another 69 percent saying that she blatantly obstructed justice when she destroyed her emails.
Respondents of the poll also noted that Joe Biden had mishandled classified information following the discovery of government documents being kept in his private home and office.
The FBI was the most despised in the poll, with 83 percent saying that they want increased transparency in the investigation into Joe Biden’s $5 million bribery scandal, which 53 percent of respondents think the FBI isn’t even investigating.
It’s clear Americans are seeing through the smoke and mirrors the Biden administration is putting up in an attempt to cover its own illegal activities. They can continue to come for Trump but nothing they do will ever make people fully believe in the political theater that is being put on.
