New Revelations Show Ties Between The Biden Campaign And National Security Letter Dismissing Hunter Biden Laptop Story

The story is a familiar one to many conservatives. News about a certain laptop from Hunter Biden containing shocking information and images that could damage the Biden campaign’s chances at winning the 2020 election is released albeit after much censorship by the corporate press and social media sites. A letter is released by former national security officials denouncing the laptop as Russian misinformation. Now new information has been unearthed by a congressional probe that ties the Biden campaign with that national security letter, according to Just The News.

There were reasons even at the time to dismiss the Russian disinformation narrative that was spun by that letter signed by 51 national security officials. An article from The Platform Mag argues that “even the signatories of this letter admitted that they did not know if the story was true or not and they did not have any evidence of Russian involvement…the Director of National Intelligence at the time of the story’s release, as well as other intelligence and government officials, rejected such a claim of Russian interference…other news outlets like POLITICO have been able to verify elements of Joe Biden’s pay-to-play scandal.”

Nevertheless, the letter was cited by corporate news outlets as an excuse not to cover or downplay the Hunter Biden laptop scandal. Even though all 51 intelligence experts were proven wrong and the contents of the laptop were (later) authenticated by the corporate press, they refused to apologize.

House Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) may be able to shed some light on the political motivates behind the letter to begin with due to recently released transcribed interviews with two Obama-era CIA officials, former acting CIA Director Mike Morrell and Nick Shapiro, a former adviser to ex-Director John Brennan. Representative Jordan told Just The News that “It [the letter] was all done with politics, and it looks like there was some real connections with the Biden campaign.”

Mr. Jordan continued by saying that “It seems to me that one of the key players here was Michael Morell, that he was one kind of coordinating this, working this together. And then there are a few other folks. We have talked to Nick Shapiro. Mr. Shapiro, I think, was the one kind of coordinating the outreach to the legacy media and how they wanted this story presented.” Just The News then revealed that Mr. Morell currently works for CBS News.

The Ohio politico promised that more specific ties would be disclosed to the public after additional transcribed interviews are complete.
