New York State Forces School Staff To Encourage Transgenderism, Punishes Students And Staff That Fight Against The Insanity

On Wednesday, the New York State Education Department went full progressive, releasing a massive document informing educators and administrators on how public schools should be supporting their transgender and “gender-expansive” students.

The department released the 42-page document informing employees of the state's public education system on how they should be dealing with their transgender students. The document opens by having two pages of different LGBTQ terminology including “cisnormative” and “gender nonconforming (GNC).”

The document does frequently encourage educators to work closely with a student's parents/guardians as well as the medical team, though it does make special note that some transgender students will be doing so expressly against the wishes of their parents. 

“The student is in charge of their gender transition and the school’s role is to provide support. If a student has formally requested to transition at school, the school administrator or another trusted adult, preferably trained in supporting LGBTQ and Gender Expansive students, can meet with the student and determine the steps the student is comfortable taking. During this conversation, school administration or the trusted adult may want to inquire with whom the student is comfortable discussing their transition,” the document reads. “Some TGE students have not talked to their families about their gender identity because of safety concerns or lack of acceptance and may begin their transition at school without parent/guardian knowledge.”

It also says to not inform the parents of a student's decision to come out as transgender, reading, “However, as students may not have disclosed their gender identity to parents/guardians, friends, or even other school staff, it is important that school personnel receiving this information keep it confidential, unless the student explicitly states otherwise.”

The document specifically tells educators to find out who the student has informed of their transgenderism to not expose them to those who they haven’t told. 

The document also forces all members of the staff to refer to a student by their “chosen names and pronouns” and even go out of their way to “create opportunities to confirm the correct information with all their students in a manner that respects the students' privacy.”

Of course, any staff member that doesn’t conform to the lunacy of the LGBTQ mob will be punished. “Intentionally referring to a student, verbally or in writing, by a pronoun inconsistent with the student’s gender identity or by a name other than the student’s affirmed name is a NYS Human Rights Law violation and is unacceptable,” the document reads. 

And to top off the insanity, regardless of whether a student's peers are comfortable with it or not, a student has to be allowed access to gendered facilities that match their identity. Any student who complains about a transgender peer using facilities that don’t match their biological sex can be punished for “harassment or bullying.” 

While the document is the first of its kind from New York, it is not the first of its kind from the nation. The National Education Association (NEA) released a document all the way back in 2015 that taught teachers to encourage their students to be transgender, even referencing a time when a kindergartener had identified as transgender. 

The LGBTQ cult has continued to push outside of their own private lives and into everything and everywhere in the public sphere. What started as people simply asking for the government to not be involved in what happens in their bedroom has turned into the state endorsement of allowing children to mutilate their genitals against their parent's wishes. 

America has long since passed a breaking point where the LGBTQ agenda has lost any sense of reason and has ascended to a level of utter insanity that has seldom been seen. It’s past simple disagreements and onto a full-scale culture war over who has the right to raise the children of America, the children's parents, or those who are mentally unwell.
