‘Our Economy is Moving in the Right Direction’ – White House Sends INSANE Out-of-Touch Tweet Amid Silicon Valley Bank Collapse

On Sunday, the White House sent out perhaps one of the worst-timed tweets of all time via the White House account.

Amid the dramatic collapse of the Silicon Valley Bank, as of Monday, the stocks of multiple regional banks collapsed leading to a pause on trading for over 30 banks.

The tweet in question reads, “Our economy is moving in the right direction under President Biden’s leadership.”

In response to the tweet, users took to social media to blast the White House for the ill-timed message.

“Our economy is so amazing!!!” wrote one user. “The bank run is totally normal & nothing to worry about.”

“Banks do not agree,” wrote another with the CFO of Relai tweeting, “Read the room, fellas.”

“You guys live in a parallel world, your lies and fake comfort is causing a lot of damage to the market,” another user emphasized, adding, “How this is not a manipulation of the market when you are giving wrong information and people are building their investment on it?”

“I double-checked and it isn’t April 1st. You’re actually serious?” wrote another user with a different user writing, “I can’t believe what I just read.”

As the stock market takes a beating and the second-worst bank collapse in American history take place, it appears that the Biden administration isn’t worried at all. With Biden in charge, Americans should be worried that this bank failure doesn’t spread to the rest of the economy. Under Biden’s leadership, the economy is certainly going in the wrong direction.
