Biden's Presidency Could Be Over After Lawsuit Set To EXPOSE His Close Connection To Hunter's Business Deals Using Secret Pseudonyms

On Tuesday, reports emerged that the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) is in possession of 5,400 emails connected to then-Vice President Joe Biden multiple pseudonyms that he used to discuss business with his son Hunter Biden.

According to Just The News, the Southeastern Legal Foundation has filed a lawsuit to force NARA to release the documents that contain Biden's aliases of Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters, and JRB Ware.

The legal group has filed multiple Freedom of Information Act requests in order to force the archives to turn over the documents, however, they have yet to do so despite the legal obligation.

"All too often, public officials abuse their power by using it for their personal or political benefit. When they do, many seek to hide it," Southeastern Legal Foundation general counsel Kimberly Hermann said. "The only way to preserve governmental integrity is for NARA to release Biden’s nearly 5,400 emails to SLF and thus the public. The American public deserves to know what is in them."

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, House Oversight Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) sent a letter to NARA demanding that they hand over any communications in their possession that contain Biden's pseudonyms.

The letter requests that the National Archives hand over any communication that contains the use of Biden's pseudonym, which has been revealed to be tied to an email named Robert.L.Peters@pci.gov, as well as any instances in which Hunter Biden or his business partners, Devon Archer, and Eric Schwerin, were copied. The request also calls for records containing Biden's other known pseudonyms including “Robin Ware” and “JRB Ware," as reported by The New York Post.

In addition, the House Oversight Committee requested "all drafts of then-Vice President Biden’s speech delivered to the Ukrainian Rada in December 2015."

"If there was any overlap between Joe Biden’s official VP duties and his son’s activities in Ukraine, Americans deserve to know," the Oversight Committee wrote.

“Joe Biden has stated there was ‘an absolute wall’ between his family’s foreign business schemes and his duties as Vice President, but evidence reveals that access was wide open for his family’s influence peddling," Comer said in a statement. "We already have evidence of then-Vice President Biden speaking, dining, and having coffee with his son’s foreign business associates."

Hopefully, once the National Archives either voluntarily or is forced to hand over the emails, the American people will get a better understanding of how involved the president was with his son's business dealings and associates. Americans deserve answers and the bureaucrats in Washington shouldn't stand in the way.
