President Trump Forced to Head Back to New York City By ‘Get Trump’ Letitia James Following Indictment

45th President and leading 2024 Republican candidate Donald Trump is set to return to New York City this week just one week after Trump was arraigned in the Manhattan Criminal Court last Tuesday.

Trump will be visiting the Big Apple on Thursday to face a $250 million civil suit brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James (D), as reported by The Daily Wire.

In August, Trump sat for a deposition as he, along with members of his family, accused the real estate mogul of inflating his assets and net worth, according to ABC News.

Trump will be sitting down once again for a second deposition with James’ office and the judge overseeing his case explained that the civil case will head to trial in October “come hell or high water.”

Throughout the previous deposition in August, Trump repeatedly utilized his Fifth Amendment right for the several hours that the deposition took place.

The suit claims that Mar-a-Lago was overvalued to as much as $730 million when it is currently valued at around $75 million. Additionally, the suit attempts to claim that other Trump properties like Trump Tower and Trump’s golf course and Scotland were also overvalued.

“While Congress is at it, they should look at the Corrupt Attorney General of New York State, Letitia James, who got elected solely on a ‘I WILL GET TRUMP’ platform, without knowing anything about me,” Trump wrote on Truth Social last month. “She then brought a completely bogus lawsuit, which is presided over by an A.G. picked, Trump hating Judge, a political hack whose Court this case should not be in – It should be in the Commercial Division, but he wouldn’t let go, is pushing it hard, and knows exactly what he wants to do.”

“‘Get Trump’ Letitia James, the worst Attorney General in the United States, and Atlanta D.A. Fani Willis, who is trying to make PERFECT phone calls into a plot to destroy America, but reigns over the most violent Crime Scene in America, and does nothing about it!” Trump added in reference to those he thinks should be removed from office.

As reported by the Washington Post, during James’ 2018 campaign for attorney general, she promised to go after Trump saying at the time, “I will be shining a bright light into every dark corner of his real estate dealings, and every dealing, demanding truthfulness at every turn.”

It is clear that once again New York Democrats are grasping at straws in order to get Trump out of the 2024 presidential campaign. Americans see what these cases truly are.
