'We Knew We Had To Help': Pro-Life Company Donates Lifetime Supply Of Diapers To Family Of Slain NYPD Officer

Following the heinous murder of NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller, pro-life diaper company Everylife decided to donate a lifetime supply of diapers and wipes to the family of the fallen officer. Diller leaves behind a loving wife and a one-year-old son.

"At EveryLife, we believe in supporting families and honoring the sacrifices of those who serve their communities," Everylife co-founder Sarah Gabel Seifert told Fox News. "When we heard about the tragic loss of Officer Diller and the young son he left behind, we knew we had to help in any way we could." The company initially promised to provide a three-month supply to the Diller's wife, Stephanie. However, an outpouring of customer support through the "Buy For A Cause" program, which allows customers to purchase diaper bundles on behalf of others, led to a lifetime supply for the family. "Through the incredible generosity of our EveryLife community, we are humbled to provide a lifetime supply of our diapers and wipes to Officer Diller's wife and son," Seifert explained.

"We at [Everylife] hope and pray this gesture will provide even a glimpse of comfort and support for the Diller family during this heartbreaking time," co-founder Michael Seifert wrote on X. According to the company's website, the company's mission is to "provide premium products for every baby. Because every baby is a miracle from God who deserves to be loved, protected, and supported."

In addition to receiving a lifetime supply of diapers, the Diller family has been given substantial financial support as well. Barstool Sports CEO Dave Portnoy raised $1.5 million for the family, telling his 3.1 million followers, "Every penny that we make goes to the family. On top of that, I'm just going to match whatever we sell, whatever we make, at the end of the day today, at midnight. So, double up on whatever we can make. I know money doesn't cure this. Nothing can cure this, but it's the least we can do. Barstool and myself have a long history of supporting the cops, supporting the boys in blue, and supporting first responders. It is tragic. These guys go out and risk their lives. Routine traffic stop, and these two f*cking scumbags who should be in prison, don't know why they're out, take a life. It is just awful, so whatever we can do to support them, we will." A GoFundMe campaign has raised over $950,000 for Diller's widow and his one-year-old son.

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, Officer Diller, and his partner were carrying out a traffic stop on two suspects for parking at a bus stop. One of the suspects, identified as 34-year-old Guy Rivera, who was illegally in possession of a firearm, decided he didn't want to return to prison, so he opened fire and hit Diller beneath his protective vest. His partner opened fire on the suspect, striking him in the back. Once Rivera was apprehended, officers quickly rushed Diller to Jamaica Hospital, but he succumbed to his injuries.

Americans have once again shown unmatched compassion and charity for those in need. The Diller family was struck by tragedy, but hopefully, the financial and material donations given to them over the past month will ease their pain.
