Disney PR Team Makes Desperate Attempt To Repair 'Snow White' Image, Uses Year Old Clip Of Actress Crying

The public relations team is doing everything they can to repair the image of both the upcoming movie 'Snow White' and lead actress Rachel Zegler following a string of interviews where she completely bashed the original movie for being a bad product, with a year-old clip of her crying being uploaded to garner sympathy from fans.

Zegler has given numerous interviews where she completely bashed the original 1937 animated film, talking about how she finds aspects of it “weird” or “creepy.” The actress said that when she watched it “once” and then “never picked it up again.”

The bad press doesn’t end there, saying in other interviews that the new movie will not be like the original with the actress saying that it’s “not about the love story at all.” She has said that the princess will not be “dreaming about true love” but instead about “becoming the leader [Snow White] knows she can be.”

In another interview, she also noted that if she was going to “stand there eighteen hours in a dress of an iconic Disney princess, [she] deserves to be paid for every hour that it is streamed online.”

After the continuous dragging of the original and beloved film, Disney is attempting to get people sympathetic to the actress, featuring a clip of her crying about how honored she is to get a role. The clip featured on Entertainment Tonight's TikTok page is from a year-old YouTube video that Zegler made and addressed the controversy over her receiving the role in 'Shazam! Fury of the Gods.'

The clip from the video quickly began circulating around X (formerly Twitter), with many calling out the desperate attempt by Disney to repair their lead actress' image. Unfortunately for the entertainment giant, it's going to take far more than a simple-year-old clip of the actress shedding a few tears to get consumers over the fact that she has repeatedly attacked the 'Snow White' property and its fans.

While Disney is seemingly attempting to make amends, Zegler herself has done absolutely nothing to make amends for her repeated attacks against the beloved animated film. The actress has remained silent on all social media and is continuing to drag the princess and her story down while attempting to build up the feminist propaganda that the new movie intends to be. Do not go see 'Snow White' when it comes out in 2024 because it will support someone who hates the property and its fans.
