Sen. John Kennedy SLAMS Biden In Hilarious Fashion - 'Wouldn't Trust President Biden To Open A Can Of Pringles'

On Wednesday, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) joined Hugh Hewitt's podcast to discuss the disastrous leadership of President Joe Biden and the reasons behind the president's abysmal poll numbers. Kennedy was also asked about the response from Senate Democrats who were in favor of 45th President Donald Trump's removal from the ballot from the Colorado Supreme Court.

"Right now, the American people wouldn't trust President Biden to open a can of Pringles. That's how low his numbers are," Kennedy told the podcaster, as reported by Newsmax. When asked about Sen. Chris Coons' (D-DE) response to Trump's removal from the ballot by the Colorado Supreme Court, Kennedy explained, "Chris is going to do everything he can to prop up his friend. I get that. That's politics. But all I'm saying is you're not going to fool the American people."

Kennedy went on to explain that the American people "may not read Socrates every day, but they get it. Sooner or later, they get it. They're busy earning a living, but they get it, and they've got it. And that's why President Biden's poll numbers are on a journey to the center of the Earth."

"People in this country notice when their justice system is being politicized. And what it looks like from the loon wing of the Democratic Party is that they're trying to steal the election in plain sight," the comedic senator from Louisiana added.

The American people do indeed see through the attempts by left-wing prosecutors and judges who are using the law to prevent Trump from running for reelection. According to the Real Clear Politics polling average, Trump is preferred in the 2024 race against Biden by over two percentage points, with Trump at 46.2 percent and Biden at 44.3 percent.

In addition to Trump's soaring poll numbers against Biden, the elderly Democrat has continued to suffer extremely low approval ratings throughout his presidency, beginning with the withdrawal from Afghanistan. According to Five Thirty Eight, only 38.3 percent of Americans approve of President Biden's job performance, while 55.5 percent disapprove. 

These numbers would be devastating for any president, but for Biden and the Democrats in 2024, they are looking at an electoral bloodbath if trends continue in the same direction. Senator Kennedy's assessment that the American people don't trust Biden to "open a can of Pringles" is spot on.
