'They Have Extreme Concerns': Border Patrol Encounters Thousands Of 'Special Interest Aliens,' More On FBI Terror Watch List - 'Sleeper Cell?'

As Biden's border crisis worsens and Americans fear potential terrorist threats from abroad following the brutality seen in Israel over the weekend, it has been revealed that thousands of "special interest aliens" from across the globe have crossed the southern border into the United States under the Biden administration.

According to Fox News Digital, special interest aliens are individuals who derive from a country that poses a national security threat or is known for promoting terrorism.

Per Customs and Border Patrol data from October 2021 to October 2023, from those thousands of migrants who were classified as such, 6,386 of them were from Afghanistan, 3,153 were from Egypt, 659 were from Iran, and 538 were from Syria.

In addition, there were 12,624 migrants from Uzbekistan, 30,830 from Turkey, 1,613 from Pakistan, 164 from Lebanon, 185 from Jordan, 123 from Iraq, and 15,594 from Mauritania.

The number of migrants crossing the US-Mexico border is unprecedented in American history as millions flood into the country thanks to Biden's loosening of the asylum standards and weakened enforcement of the country's laws barring illegal entry.

"Border Patrol sources tell me they have extreme concerns about who is coming into the country because they have little to no way of vetting people from these special interest countries," Fox News reporter Bill Melugin explained. "I’m told unless they have committed a crime previously in the US, or they are on some sort of federal watchlist, there’s no way to know who they are because most of their home countries don’t share data/records with the US so there is nothing to match a name to when BP agents run fingerprints."

In addition to the thousands who were classified as special interest aliens, there have been 151 migrants captured by border patrol in fiscal year 2023 who were on the FBI's terror watchlist. According to the outlet, that is more encounters with such individuals than in the past six years combined.

Some lawmakers have pointed out the potential for these migrants to be waiting in the country to carry out a potential terror attack with Rep. Mike Collins (R-GA) writing, "CBP has reported thousands of encounters with "special interest aliens" with connections to terrorism attempting to cross our southern border illegally. Sleeper cell?"

As the threat of terrorism once again comes to the forefront of many Americans' minds after seeing the atrocities committed over the weekend in Israel, many are beginning to realize that America isn't as safe as some may think with a wide open southern border.
