'This Is An Insurrection!': Mark Levin UNLEASHES On The 'Department Of Injustice' In Fiery Monologue Following Trump Indictment

On Thursday evening, Mark Levin blasted the Department of Justice after it was revealed that Biden's DOJ is indicting the leading Republican candidate Donald Trump for his supposed possession of 'classified' documents that were seized during the Mar-a-Lago raid last year.

The indictment includes seven charges including illegal retention of classified documents, obstruction, and conspiracy. Trump will appear in court on Tuesday in Maimi, Florida.

"President Trump is 76 years old. If the Department of Justice gets its way, he will die in federal prison. Just by one of these counts, conspiracy to obstruct justice has a 20-year maximum sentence," Levin began. "This is a disgusting, disgusting mark on American history for the future to come by these bandits in the White House."

"They don't play fair anymore. They don't just want to win elections. They want to take control of this country. They want a one-party rule," he continued. "They have used the Department of Justice and the FBI to get what they want. Merrick Garland is a mob lawyer. Jack Reed is a rogue, Soviet-style prosecutor."

Levin then went on to explain how the Presidential Records Act was never meant to be used criminally and that the Espionage Act has been used repeatedly to go after political opponents.

"So I suppose over there at the Department of Injustice...they probably figured that these laws could be used to try to entrap Trump," he explained, adding that the DOJ is attempting to get Trump on obstruction.

"There would be no obstruction issue of any kind, not in anyone's imagination had they not criminalized this case," the Fox host boomed. "This is a document case. A document case! Where a president of the United States or a former president faces 100 years in federal prison. Is this some kind of sick joke on the American people?"

Levin then explained that Joe Biden signed off on this case despite the fact that he has personally been caught with classified documents at his own residence in Delaware.

The Fox host then went on a booming rant against the DOJ's handling of the case, saying, "There is no violation of the Presidential Records Act at this point. But they throw the book at him. They go after his attorneys. They make them testify... That means he didn't have due process. His own lawyers were being subjected to interrogations."

The 65-year-old then pointed out the change of venue from Washington D.C. to Miami, arguing that the DOJ realized that his case is weak.

"The attorney general of the United States made this final decision," he said, adding, "He made the decision to indict the former president. And they made the decision to interfere in this election. You want to talk about an insurrection? This is an insurrection."

The Fox host then slammed President Biden, saying that he is the "crookedest crook to ever be elected to office."

It is clear that the Department of Justice is operating with two tiers of justice between President Trump and President Biden.
