On Sunday morning, new reports indicated that the Biden Department of Justice is attempting to arrest former best friend of Hunter Biden and Burisma board member, Devon Archer. This comes just a day before he is set to testify in front of the House Oversight Committee about Joe Biden's involvement with Hunter's business dealings.
A US attorney for the SDNY, Damian Williams, issued a letter on Saturday requesting that Judge Abrams order Archer to surrender himself to authorities immediately in order to serve a one-year prison sentence for a previous fraud conviction.
House Oversight Chairman Rep. James Comer (R-KY) called the move "obstruction of justice" while on with Fox News' Maria Bartiromo.
"The DOJ is now actively committing the crime of obstructing a congressional investigation," wrote Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) in response to the news. "If Devin Archer isn’t in the witness chair Monday, we better haul every SOB at the DOJ before congress EVERY DAY to make them pay for this."
"Lmk - I’ll come back to Washington tomorrow to do this. Archer is in that chair or Garland is," he wrote. "Yield me the time and let me ask the questions. I’ll handle it from there."
"It’s also obstruction of an official government proceeding, a felony. And, taken together," wrote former Trump advisor and founder of America First Legal Stephen Miller. "DOJ’s extraordinary actions to shield the Biden family constitutes a conspiracy to defraud the United States—another felony."
Archer was originally set to testify on Sunday but didn’t report to the hearing and instead fled reportedly over concerns for his and his family's safety, per the Daily Mail.
This is a developing story and will be updated accordingly.

I knew this would happen, This is indeed no doubt about it. All those responsible need to be required by law to be arrested plain and simple.
