WATCH: Crowd Goes Wild At Packed New Hampshire Rally, Trump Hints Whether He Will Participate In GOP Debate

In his Tuesday speech in New Hampshire, Donald Trump made a major announcement that he would be prioritizing veteran issues if he were to be re-elected to office in 2024. In addition, President Trump gave an update on whether or not he would be attending the August GOP debate.

Trump had one announcement after another, first starting by saying, “I will once again make stopping veterans suicide a top priority of my administration.” Of course, that was nowhere near all the former president had to say about veterans and what he would do for them.

“I will ban the Department of Veterans Affairs from wasting a single cent to fund transgender surgeries or sex change procedures. Those precious taxpayer dollars should be going to care for veterans in need, not fund radical gender experiments for the Communist left,” Trump said.

“In addition, I will make it a personal mission to totally eradicate veterans’ homelessness in America,” he added. “It is a national scandal that Joe Biden has spent nearly $1 billion to house illegal aliens and foreign migrants in expensive luxury hotels, while more than 33,000 Americans who have served this nation in uniform go homeless on our streets.”

“On day one, I will sign an executive order to cut off Joe Biden’s massive spigot of funding for the shelter and transport of illegal aliens, and I will redirect that money to provide shelter and treatment for homeless American veterans.”

“Furthermore, I will finally hold accountable all the failed leaders and television Generals who gave us Joe Biden’s catastrophe in Afghanistan two years ago this month—leaving untold numbers of Americans behind, 13 dead warriors, and 85 billion dollars worth of the finest military equipment on the planet.”

In addition to his remarks on veterans, Trump also explained that he may be doing something different instead of attending the GOP debate in August where seven other candidates are now qualified to participate.

Trump also announced that he would be launching New Hampshire’s ‘Veterans for Trump Coalition’ that was backed by “120 distinguished veterans.” He made the announcement alongside Representative Brian Mast (R-FL) and will be representing all major branches of the United States armed forces.
