Trump Campaign Reveals STUNNING Fundraising Numbers For August As Campaign Enters Final Stretch

On Wednesday, the Trump campaign released its fundraising data for August as the campaign heads into the final stretch against Vice President Kamala Harris in the race for the White House. The campaign, which saw impressive campaign fundraising in July following the attempted assassination attempt and the Republican National Convention, revealed that Americans donated $130 million to the campaign in August, bringing their total war chest to $295 million.

"The Trump-Vance campaign and authorized committees had another massive month of fundraising exceeding internal benchmarks and yet again demonstrating huge support from grassroots donations," the campaign said in a statement. "With $130 million raised in August, a stunning 98 percent of this month's donations were under $200. This resulted in an average donation of $56, from everyday Americans. With this fundraising, the campaign ended August with $295 million cash on hand, ensuring the resources needed to propel President Trump's campaign to victory."

"With Republicans united and a growing number of Independents and disaffected Democrats crossing partisan lines, the Trump-Vance campaign has momentum for the final stretch of the race," said Trump campaign senior advisor Brian Hughes. "These fundraising numbers from August are a reflection of that movement and will propel President Trump's America First movement back to the White House so we can undo the terrible failures of Harris and Biden."

While the Trump campaign has seen fundraising success over the past month, the Harris campaign saw substantially stronger numbers after a month filled with pro-Harris media attention and the Democratic National Convention. According to the Federal Election Commission, the Harris campaign brought in a whopping $540 million in July. The large influx of cash to the Harris campaign, some of which were likely held back by donors to pressure Biden out of the race, prompted the Harris-Walz campaign to give $25 million to support down-ballot races. The campaign gave $10 million to both the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee to help win back the House and maintain control of the Senate in November. The Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee, which focuses on state legislative races, received $2.5 million; the Democratic Governors Association and the Democratic Attorneys General Association each received $1 million.

"If we want a future where every American's rights are protected, not taken away; where the middle class is strengthened, not hollowed out; and a country where our democracy is preserved, not ripped apart, every race this November matters," Harris campaign chair Jen O'Malley Dillon said in a statement. "The Vice President believes that this race is about mobilizing the entire country, in races at every level, to fight for our freedoms and our economic opportunity."

The fundraising battle between the two campaigns is heating up just over two months before Election Day. While Democrats hold a significant advantage in fundraising for the month of August, the influx of cash may not be enough to stop President Trump from winning the White House.
