Trump Scores MAJOR Endorsement As He Continues To Dominate The Republican Field - 'Let's Come Together And Move Forward'

On Wednesday, leading Republican presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump picked up yet another endorsement from another high-ranking Republican in the U.S. Senate. Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) officially backed Trump for the Republican nomination, writing in an opinion column that "Results matter – and the results of [Trump's] strong leadership as the 45th President of the United States are clear for all to see."

Britt's opinion piece began with her explaining that she launched her Senate bid in 2021 in order to protect the American Dream for her children and future generations. "The American Dream is a timeless promise – one that says if you work hard and seize opportunity, you can achieve more than your parents before you. That's the Dream that allowed me, a public-school girl from Alabama's Wiregrass region and the daughter of two small business owners, to be elected to the U.S. Senate at age 40."

The Alabama Republican went on to explain that the Biden administration has endangered the American Dream and that "enough is enough." The "American Dream has turned into a nightmare for so many families under the Biden Administration," she wrote. "If people across our country don't wake up and step up, the Dream may be a mere memory."

She then went on to argue that President Biden has allowed for unchecked illegal immigration through the open southern border, which has led to "open season for human traffickers, drug cartels, and terrorists." Given these developments, Britt believes that there is only one candidate in the Republican primary who can take on the issues facing the United States. "One candidate has already proven he's more than up for the job – because he's done the job successfully. There is one candidate I know will secure the border — because he's done it. There is one candidate I know will achieve peace through strength — because he's done it," she explained. "And that's why President Donald Trump has my endorsement to be our 47th President."

"Results matter – and the results of his strong leadership as the 45th President of the United States are clear for all to see. These past three years have felt like an eternity, but I'm sure you recall how much better off we were under the Trump Administration," Britt explained, citing $2.00/gallon gas, low grocery prices, a secure border, and a peaceful world. She went on to explain that President Trump is dominating in the polls because of his successful record and the contrast between his administration and the one currently being led by an 81-year-old Democrat.

"For our future – for the ability of the next generation to fulfill the promise that is the American Dream – it's time to ensure President Biden only gets one term," she concluded. "Now, let's come together and move forward towards November 2024."

Trump has been racking up endorsements in recent months from Republican leaders across the country including Sens. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Lindsay Graham (R-SC), J.D. Vance (R-OH), Eric Schmitt (R-MO), Markwayne Mullin (R-OK), Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-MS), Ted Budd (R-NC), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Steve Daines (R-MT), John Hoeven (R-ND), Mike Braun (R-IN), Rick Scott (R-FL), and Roger Marshall (R-KS). Other prominent endorsements include House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) as well as Govs. Greg Abbott (R-TX), Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R-AK), Tate Reeves (R-MS), Kristi Noem (R-SD), Mike Dunleavy (R-AK), Jim Justice (R-WV), and Henry McMaster (R-SC).
