TRUMP: The Public Will “See a Very Fascinating Life” in New Book, ‘Letters to Trump’

In President Donald Trump’s new book, titled “Letters to Trump,” the communications between him and various celebrities, public figures, and even royalty are put on display to characterize the life of the 45th president. The book also presents an array of photos from President Trump’s time in office as well as a collection of his pre-presidency correspondence, in which attitudes toward the America First president were very different.

President Trump commented on the release of the book, which is his second released since his departure from the White House, telling Breitbart News the following:

“I think they’re going to see a very fascinating life. I knew them all — and every one of them kissed my ass, and now I only have half of them kissing my ass,”

Donald Trump Jr., the president’s eldest son, also made remarks on the release of the new book saying “My father has lived an amazing life and has been around some of the most interesting people in the world. It’s amazing how quickly their adoration of him changed when he ran for office as a Republican. Letters to Trump shows you exactly how they felt about him and how phony their newfound disdain truly is.”

The significance of the letters before Trump’s ascension to public office is centered around the fact that he had achieved the American dream of success, notoriety, and fame only to put it all in the backseat for a chance to save America. President Trump commented on his life before politics saying that he has been able to live “a great life” and that he was “surrounded by great people.”

Many people undoubtedly look at President Trump’s initial decision to run for office, leaving behind a lot of the luxuries and hobbies he’d enjoyed for many years, as one of the most self-sacrificial things someone could possibly do. However, for Trump, it appears that it was more of an obligation than a choice.
