Trump Says He'll 'Absolutely' Debate Vice President Harris But Demands One Big Change

During a press call on Tuesday, 45th President Donald Trump said that he wants to debate Vice President Kamala Harris once she is officially nominated by the Democratic Party at the Democratic National Convention in August. Trump's remarks come after some speculation about whether the former president would agree to debate Harris or whether he would attempt to paint the 59-year-old Democrat as an illegitimate candidate following President Joe Biden's exit from the race.

"I agreed to a debate with Joe Biden. But I want to debate her," Trump said on the call. "They have the same policies. I think debating is important for a presidential race." While the Republican nominee made clear that he "absolutely" would want to debate Harris, he stated that he hadn't "agreed to anything" yet.

The 45th president also told the reporters that he would be open to doing more than one debate, adding that he was less open to ABC News, the network chosen to host the second debate between Biden and Trump on September 10, running a debate between himself and the vice president. "I have at least equal say, and I don't like the idea of ABC," he explained. "I would be willing to do more than one debate, actually." Trump proposed on Monday that the next presidential debate be hosted on Fox News, writing on Truth Social that ABC News is biased against him.

"My debate with Crooked Joe Biden, the Worst President in the history of the United States, was slated to be broadcast on Fake News ABC, the home of George Slopadopolus, sometime in September," he wrote. "Now that Joe has, not surprisingly, has quit the race, I think the Debate, with whomever the Radical Left Democrats choose, should be held on FoxNews, rather than very biased ABC. Thank you!"

Trump's comments come after Vice President Harris secured enough delegates, at least 1,976, to win the Democratic nomination next month after several high-profile Democrats endorsed the vice president and she faced no challengers. "When I announced my campaign for President, I said I intended to go out and earn this nomination," Harris said in a statement. "Tonight, I am proud to have secured the broad support needed to become our party's nominee, and as a daughter of California, I am proud that my home state's delegation helped put our campaign over the top." Harris is expected to be nominated via a virtual roll call of Democrat delegates in early August to ensure she can get ballot access in Ohio.

The first presidential election ended President Biden's campaign, and the next presidential debate will be watched by tens of millions of Americans. The presidential race was dramatically changed following President Biden's unprecedented exit from the race.

Actually I think that congress should sue the far lefts in house coup de ta, she wasn't nominated she was picked by the far left radical elites and they forced president Biden out of office. They were working on this since Biden was exposed to the world that he was mentally incognitive to run for president, even though millions of democratic voters voted for him. So what they did to pull Biden out is unconstitutional and a coup de ta in front of all America, this can not legally stand unless you live in russia.
