Trump’s Indictment Judge Exposed, His Daughter Worked For Biden/Harris, Further Proving Indictment a Frivolous Witch Hunt

The judge overseeing far-left Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s indictment of 45th President and leading 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump, Judge Juan Merchan, has been exposed of connections to President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and many other high-profile Democrats.

It has been revealed Judge Merchan’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is the president and a partner of “Authentic Campaigns,” a company that works for Democrat candidates and worked on the Biden/Harris 2020 campaign.

Merchan’s website features a quote from far-left Rep. Adam Schiff, saying, “We partner with our clients to build award-winning online programs for progressive campaigns.”

From February 2019 to December 2019, Merchan worked as the “Director of Digital Persuasion” for “Kamala Harris for the People,” Breitbart News reported from her now archived LinkedIn account.

She also was a client of the Biden/Harris campaign.

After the Gateway Pundit discovered and exposed her Linkedin page, her page was disabled. Merchan’s Twitter account has been deleted, too.

Trump reacted to the report, writing in a post on his top-rated social media platform, Truth Social, writing, “VERY UNFAIR VENUE, WITH SOME AREAS THAT VOTED 1% REPUBLICAN.”

“THIS CASE SHOULD BE MOVED TO NEARBY STATEN ISLAND – WOULD BE A VERY FAIR AND SECURE LOCATION FOR THE TRIAL. ADDITIONALLY, THE HIGHLY PARTISAN JUDGE & HIS FAMILY ARE WELL KNOWN TRUMP HATERS,” Trump added.

“HE WAS AN UNFAIR DISASTER ON A PREVIOUS TRUMP RELATED CASE, WOULDN’T RECUSE, GAVE HORRIBLE JURY INSTRUCTIONS, & IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH DURING THE WITCH TRIAL HUNT. HIS DAUGHTER WORKED FOR “KAMALA” & NOW THE BIDEN-HARRIS CAMPAIGN. KANGAROO COURT,” Trump continued.

Judge Merchan has also judged another Trump case involving the Trump Organization and Trump’s former Chief Financial Officer, Allen Weisselberg, who he sentenced to five months in prison.

Bragg could face up to five years in prison if he is responsible for leaking Trump’s frivolous indictment.

Leaking grand jury testimony is a Class E felony under New York state law and carries a prison sentence between one and five years.

“A Class E felony charge is considered more serious than a misdemeanor charge, and as such carries a potentially longer jail sentence. While a Class A misdemeanor in New York carries a sentence of up to 364 days, a Class E felony can result in a sentence of between one year and five years,” according to The Law Offices of Julie Rendelman.

The New York County Clerk’s office issued an order on March 31 stating Bragg is only allowed to disclose to the public that Trump’s indictment has been issued.

On Tuesday, Trump is expected to be fingerprinted in New York, but not have a mug shot taken. After the booking is complete, Trump will appear before a judge for his arraignment where he will face 30 currently unknown charges due to Bragg’s sealed indictment.

Trump’s campaign announced on Sunday that after he flies back from New York to Palm Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, Trump is set to deliver remarks about his experience at his Mar-A-Lago club.

Trump’s lawyers are bracing for Judge Merchan to place a gag order on Trump in an attempt to prevent him from speaking about his arrest on Tuesday.

Under New York law, the fine for breaking a gag order holds a penalty of either 30 days in jail or a $1,000 fine.

Bragg, who has been exposed as being funded by a group supported by far-left billionaire George Soros, was able to get a Manhattan grand jury to vote to indict Trump on Thursday.

Adult film “star” Stormy Daniels was ordered to pay Trump $300,000 after losing a defamation case against him. However, on Thursday, a Manhattan grand jury voted to indict President Trump over a $130,000 payment to Daniels made by his former lawyer and now-convicted liar, Michael Cohen.

This makes Trump the first American president to ever face criminal charges.

The Color of Change PAC, the “nation’s largest online racial justice organization”, which was given $1 million in May 2021 from Soros, gave $1 million to Bragg but later pulled back half of their donation.
