WATCH: As Trump Faces Indictment, Biden Laughs – Previously Said ‘He Will Not Take Power’

President Joseph Robinette Biden, Jr. laughed at a reporter Tuesday when they had the temerity to ask the Democrat if the openly political indictment of his predecessor President Donald J. Trump was “politically divisive.” It was a question that even the most politically illiterate American could answer with a resounding: ‘Yes!’

While Trump drove in a motorcade from his Manhattan residence at Trump Tower on the Upper East Side, to answer District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s 34 felony charges of falsifying business records related to payments made to his former attorney Michael Cohen, a video went viral of Biden at the White House.

He is seen mirthfully laughing at our national strife as a reporter asking him about the indictment was unceremoniously shuffled out.

In the video carried by CSPAN a reporter is heard asking “Is the indictment of your predecessor politically divisive?”

Biden notably foreshadowed the indictment knowingly or unknowingly on November 9th when he said,

“We have to demonstrate that he will not take power if he does run by making sure he, under the legitimate efforts of the Constitution, does not become the next president again.”

‘BIDEN IS GUILTY, I AM NOT’ – TRUMP SETS RECORD STRAIGHT ON POTENTIAL SECOND INDICTMENT

Newsmax’s Benny Johnson tweeted video of Fox News’ Peter Doocy asking, is Biden “concerned at all that a local DA indicting a former president could…open up the possibility, set the precedent that local DAs that don’t like former President Biden could indict him?” alluding to a growing movement of conservatives demanding that District Attorneys and State Attorneys General begin proceedings against any Democrat officials who have broken state laws.

Biden’s White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre responded, “I’m not going to comment.”
