WATCH: CNN Panel Left 'Speechless' After Pollster Says 'Stupid' Seizure Of Trump Property Will 'Elect' Him

On Friday, influential pollster Frank Luntz stunned a CNN panel when he laid out the potential ramifications if New York Attorney General Letitia James (D-NY) goes forward with seizing presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump's assets if he is unable to pay the $454 million fine imposed on him by Judge Arthur Engoron following his judgment that Trump fraudulently inflated the value of his assets. Trump has until Monday to come up with the funds to pay the fine, or else James will go forward with seizing some of his most treasured real estate assets, including 40 Wall Street and Trump Tower.

To discuss the latest developments, CNN brought on pollster Frank Luntz to discuss the potential seizures' impact on the 2024 race. "I want you to remember this moment and don't forget it. If the New York attorney general starts to take his homes away, starts to seize his assets, it's all going to be on camera, pundits are going to sit there and scream about this, 'This man cannot be elected.' You're going to create the greatest victimhood of 2024, and you're going to elect Donald Trump," Luntz said. "If they take his stuff, he's going to say that this is proof that the federal government and the establishment and the swamp in Washington…that this is a conspiracy to deny him the presidency. He's going to go up in the polls just like he went up every single time they indicted him."

"Why is Donald Trump beating Joe Biden when he's got 85 indictments? Felonies? In the seven swing states, Trump is up by the margin of error in five out of seven. Why is that happening? Because his critics are stupid, and they're running a horrible campaign," the former Republican political strategist explained. "And for those people who do not want Donald Trump back, they should be thankful that the people who are orchestrating his loss are as pathetic and they don't understand the American people."

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, Letitia James took the first steps to seize Trump's assets last week when Trump's lawyers explained that finding an underwriter for the $454 million fine was impossible. Trump's lawyers explained earlier in the month that they have visited with dozens of surety companies to underwrite the bond but have been unable to find any help securing funding. "The amount of the judgment, with interest, exceeds $464 million, and very few bonding companies will consider a bond of anything approaching that magnitude," Trump's lawyers, who attempted unsuccessfully to post only a $100 million bond last month, wrote. The attorneys have approached 30 surety companies in an attempt to find a company that is willing to underwrite the bond. The 45th president's "ongoing diligent efforts have proven that a bond in the judgment's full amount is a 'practical impossibility,'" the lawyers explained in a court filing. "These diligent efforts have included approaching about 30 surety companies through 4 separate brokers."

Trump took to Truth Social to blast the upcoming seizure of his assets, writing, "Crooked Pols!!! There should be no FINE. Did nothing wrong! Why should I be forced to sell my 'babies' because a CORRUPT NEW YORK JUDGE & A.G. SET A FAKE AND RIDICULOUS NUMBER.' TAKE HIS CASH SO THAT HE CAN'T USE IT TO DEFEAT HIS POLITICAL OPPONENT, CROOKED JOE BIDEN.' ELECTION INTERFERENCE, ALL HEADED UP BY THE WHITE HOUSE - THIS INCLUDES FANI AND THE CORRUPT MANHATTAN D.A. BRAGG ADMITTED THERE WAS NO CRIME, WAS MORTIFIED BY WHAT MARK POMERANTZ DID - AND HE SHOULD BE. WITCH HUNT!"
