WATCH: Fetterman SLAMS Fellow 'Pathetic' Democrats For 'Rank Antisemitism'

On Monday, Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA), who recently has been getting significant attention for his steadfast support of Isreal and his criticism of progressives supporting Hamas, once again slammed his fellow Democrats for blatant antisemitism that took place in Philadelphia over the weekend. A video, which has now gone viral with over 20 million views, surfaced over the weekend showing a mob of pro-Palestinian demonstrators targeting a Jewish-owned business.

In the video, dozens of demonstrators can be seen outside the Jewish and Israeli-owned restaurant "Goldie" shouting, "Goldie, Goldie, you can't hide, we charge you with genocide." They also chanted "Free Palestine" and "This is genocide." The group also defaced the storefront, which is located in Philadelphia's Center City, with stickers and blocked traffic.

In response to the demonstration, Fetterman wrote on X/Twitter, "They could be protesting Hamas. They could be protesting Hamas' systematic rape of Israeli women and girls or demanding the remaining hostages be immediately released. Instead, they targeted a Jewish restaurant. It's pathetic and rank antisemitism." Fetterman has garnered increasing attention in recent months with his ardent support of the Israelis following the massacre by Hamas terrorists on October 7 that left over 1,200 dead. 

On the one-month anniversary of the attack, Fetterman lined his congressional office on Capitol Hill with posters of the missing Israeli hostages taken by Hamas into the Gaza Strip. "In my front office, I have displayed the posters of the innocent Israelis kidnapped by Hamas," the Pennsylvania Democrat wrote. "They will stay up until every single person is safely returned home."

Other prominent Pennsylvania officials also slammed the demonstrators, with Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) writing, "Tonight in Philly, we saw a blatant act of antisemitism — not a peaceful protest. A restaurant was targeted and mobbed because its owner is Jewish and Israeli. This hate and bigotry is reminiscent of a dark time in history."

As the progressive wing of the Democratic Party continues to advocate for Hamas' interests by calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and, in some instances, even targeting Jewish Americans for potentially being associated with the Middle Eastern democracy, more moderate Democrats will be continually isolated from those advocating radicalism. For his actions, Fetterman has received some praise from conservatives online, with TPUSA CEO Charlie Kirk writing, "Whatever drugs they're giving John Fetterman to start making sense, please start giving them to Joe Biden." While on the opposite side of the aisle, Fetterman certainly deserves praise for his courage to stand up against the progressive radicals that have overtaken the Democrat Party.
