WATCH: JD Vance Destroys Kamala Harris During Packed Minnesota Rally - 'What Has She Done To Question My Loyalty To This Country'

During a packed campaign rally in St. Cloud, Minnesota, vice presidential nominee JD Vance slammed Vice President Kamala Harris for claiming that the 39-year-old Ohio senator would "be loyal only to Trump" if the Republican ticket was voted into office in November. In response to the claim, Vance cited his military service and questioned what right she has to question his loyalty.

"I saw the other day, Kamala Harris questioned my loyalty to this country," Vance told the crowd of thousands. "That's the word she used, loyalty. And it's an interesting word. Semper Fi. Loyalty. Because there is no greater sign of disloyalty to this country than what Kamala Harris has done at our southern border. And, I'd like to ask the vice president, what has she done to question my loyalty to this country?"

"I served in the United States Marine Corps. I went to Iraq for this country. I've built a business for this country. And, my running mate took a bullet for this country," Vance added. "So, my question to Kamala Harris is, what the hell have you done to question our loyalty to the United States of America? And the answer, my friends, is nothing."

"Let's send a message to the media. Let's send a message to Kamala Harris. Let's send a message to every hard-working patriot from Minnesota across the country, we are ready to have President Donald J. Trump back and we're going to work our tails off to make sure it happens," the vice presidential candidate concluded.

Trump's running mate has been the subject of multiple attacks in recent days, including the use of a resurfaced clip that saw the then-Ohio Senate candidate criticizing Democrat politicians who refuse to have children and promote anti-family policies. In the clip, Vance argued that the country was being run by "a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they've made, and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too."

"It's just a basic fact — you look at Kamala Harris, Pete Buttigieg, AOC — the entire future of the Democrats is controlled by people without children," Vance said in the clip. "And how does it make any sense that we've turned our country over to people who don't really have a direct stake in it?"
In response to the attack spurred on by the out-of-context clip, Sen. Vance flipped the script on Democrats and emphasized their anti-family positions, explaining that the Democrat Party is more interested in letting in millions of illegal immigrants than supporting the creation of American families.

"I know the media wants to attack me and wants me to back down on this, Megyn, but the simple point that I made is that having children, becoming a father, becoming a mother, I really do think it changes your perspective in a pretty profound way," Vance explained. "It's not a criticism of people who don't have children. I explicitly said in my remarks, despite the fact the media has lied about this, that this is not about criticizing people who, for various reasons, didn't have kids. This is about criticizing the Democratic Party for becoming anti-family and anti-child."

Sen. Vance has proven himself to be a strong vice presidential candidate, and his youthfulness and bold ideas will prove to be an asset for the Trump campaign in the months ahead.
