WATCH: Joe Biden Mocked After Appearing To Freeze During White House Event - 'Lights On But No One's Home'

During a Juneteenth event on the White House lawn on Monday, the 81-year-old President Joe Biden appeared to be frozen stiff during a musical performance from gospel singer Kirk Franklin. The video, which quickly went viral on social media, earned the president considerable mockery and is yet another sign of the impact of Biden's age on his capability to handle the job.

The footage captures a stark contrast as Biden, standing next to Vice President Kamala Harris and Philonise Floyd, George Floyd's brother, remains motionless while others in attendance are seen clapping and moving with the rhythm of the song. After about 30 seconds, Floyd noticed the president's lack of motion, put his arm around him, and gave him a fist bump.

This peculiar senior moment is yet another example of Biden's lack of presence at official White House events or important meetings with international leaders, which has significantly tarnished his public image. Biden has received substantial criticism in recent years for appearing to be far less able to handle the stress of the most important job in America. 'Why isn't Biden moving?' the Republican National Committee's research account wrote on X. 'Lights are on but no one's home,' the Trump campaign wrote.

"Who said Biden's got no rhythm?" Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) joked, adding in a follow-up post, "While America was being invaded, Biden did … whatever he's doing in this video." In another video from the event, Biden became incomprehensible when he slurred his words when addressing the issue of voting rights. "She know long! She knew [unintelligable], our freedom can never be secured," Biden uttered. While Biden has continued to show his age in public appearances, his private meetings aren't any better.

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, multiple sources familiar with the president's private meetings confirm that Biden's mental decline is becoming more apparent by the day. During a January meeting with lawmakers to discuss Ukraine funding, the president allegedly spoke so softly that those in attendance struggled to hear him. The elderly president also read obvious points from note cards and was seen closing his eyes for extended periods.

In another meeting in February with Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA), President Biden said that a recent policy change related to major energy projects was just a study. Former Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) has also criticized the president for the stark difference in his mental capacity from his time as vice president. "I used to meet with him when he was vice president. I'd go to his house," McCarthy said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal. "He's not the same person."
