"If anything, would you have done something differently than President Biden over the past four years," co-host Sunny Hostin asked. "There is not a thing that comes to mind," Harris responded. "I've been a part of most of the decisions that have had impact." The clip was quickly pushed out on social media by the Trump campaign, with Team Trump's political director, James Blair, posting the clip with the caption, "I am Donald Trump, and I approve this message."
When asked about what specific differences there are between her presidency and President Biden's last three and a half years, Harris said, "We're obviously two different people, and we have a lot of shared life experiences, for example, the way we feel about our family and our parents and so on. But we're also different people, and I will bring those sensibilities to how I leave." President Biden voiced a similar sentiment last week during his first appearance at the White House press briefing. "We're singing from the same song sheet. She helped pass all the laws [that resulted in record-high inflation]. She's a major player in everything we've done," he told the media.
As undecided voters head to the polls in the coming weeks to decide who will hold the White House for the next four years, they will have to look back on President Biden's record and decide whether they would like another four years of high prices, open borders, and an abysmal foreign policy that leaves America weaker on the international stage. Trump campaign National Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt emphasized this point, posting to X, "There you have it, folks. Kamala wouldn't change a thing that's happened over the four years. If you elect her, you can expect four more years of the same: Inflation. Border crisis. Crime. War. Chaos. Division. Only President Trump will bring CHANGE!"
Vice President Harris and President Biden's policy agendas are one and the same, and despite Democrats claiming that she is the change candidate in this election, President Trump is the only choice that provides a different approach to governance than what has been seen the past four years.
