WATCH: President Biden Slurs His Words In Unintelligible Answer During Morning Broadcast

On Monday, the Biden White House hosted the 144th annual White House Easter Egg Roll as children and parents from across the Washington, D.C. area ventured to the lawn of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue to join in the Easter-themed festivities. During the event, however, President Biden slurred his words in an interview on NBC News.

The Easter Egg Roll is a White House tradition dating back to the 1870s that features children moving brightly colored eggs across the White House lawn with wooden spoons. The event is expected to have 40,000 people in attendance, with 64,000 eggs being used for the festivities on the South Lawn, as reported by CNN

As the festivities began around 8 AM EST, President Biden and First Lady Jill Biden spoke with 'Today' host Al Roker. During the discussion, Roker asked the 81-year-old Democrat, "What's so special about this egg roll?"

Biden's response showed his age as he mumbled through his lackluster response. "Well, what's so special?" Biden began before muttering unintelligibly, "This is the people's house...over 40,000 people will be here. It's the largest ever. And we just like to open up the place, let the people see. This is their place."

The president's age continues to be apparent daily despite the White House's best efforts to prevent embarrassing moments. Despite the early morning interview, Biden still stumbled over his words, and his inarticulate musings are certainly being noticed by Americans nationwide. A recent ABC News/Ipsos survey conducted last month showed that 86 percent of Americans believe Biden is too old to serve another term in the White House. When broken down by party, 73 percent of Democrats and 91 percent of independents said Biden was too old to serve.

Biden's lack of mental sharpness has been an ongoing problem for the Biden campaign, which hopes to reelect the elderly statesman for another four-year term. By the time Biden left office in 2029, he would be 86, and the blunders seen nearly every day will become even more frequent as he ages. Americans need a Commander-in-Chief who can handle the job, and Biden has repeatedly shown, whether falling asleep during international meetings, being unwilling to take questions from the press, or slurring over his words, that he isn't fit for the job.
