JIM JORDAN WARNS ALVIN BRAGG THAT ‘EVERYTHING’S ON THE TABLE’ FOLLOWING TRUMP INDICTMENT
On Tuesday morning, he will then travel to the courthouse to surrender to authorities, be processed, and be arraigned before heading back to Mar-a-Lago on Tuesday evening where he is scheduled to give remarks.
Trump’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, explained to CNN‘s Dana Bash what he expects to take place on Tuesday.
“In theory, it should be like hundreds of other arraignments that I have done in that building over the course of my career…you walk in. You see a judge. You plead not guilty. You set a schedule, and you leave,” he said.
“I honestly don’t know how this is going to go, but hopefully as smoothly as possible,” he prefaced. “And then we begin the battle to right this wrong because it’s a day that in my opinion, the rule of law in the United States has died.”
With thousands of Americans voicing their support for President Trump, it is clear that the everyday American is on his side and knows that the case against Trump is a political persecution.
