WATCH: Trump Demands Biden Take A Drug Test Pre-Debate - 'He Was Higher Than A Kite'

On Thursday, presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump once again demanded that President Joe Biden debate him anytime and anywhere as the two face off to determine who will hold the White House for the next four years. Before that debate, however, Trump told radio host Hugh Hewitt that Biden should take a "drug test" to ensure that he wasn't under the influence of narcotics.

During the interview, Trump explained that he thinks Biden will refuse to debate him but added that he has suspicions about the cocaine that was found in the White House last year. "I think what happened is, you know, that white stuff that they happened to find, which happened to be cocaine in the White House, I don't know, I think something's going on there because I watched this State of the Union, and he was all jacked up at the beginning," he said. "By the end, he was fading fast. There's something going on there. I want to debate. And I think debates, with him, at least, should be drug tested. I want a drug test."

When the radio host asked Trump about whether he was suggesting that Biden was using cocaine, Trump said, "I don't know what he's using, but that was not, hey, he was higher than a kite. And by the way, it was the worst, it was the worst address I've ever seen, the State of the Nation. I'll tell you, State of the Union, that's not State of the Union because he doesn't represent us properly. That, I can tell you. But he's obviously being helped in some way because, most of the time, he looks like he's falling asleep. And all of a sudden, he walked up there and did a poor job. But he was all jacked up."

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, the Secret Service found the one gram of cocaine on July 2, 2023, in a locker located at the White House's West Wing entry. Following an investigation by the Secret Service, no arrests were made, and the investigation was closed, with investigators citing a lack of physical evidence to determine the culprit. At the time, investigators briefed lawmakers on the situation, explaining that the investigation was suspended with over 500 potential perpetrators remaining.

As the oldest president in American history, Joe Biden is increasingly unfit for the job as his lack of mental sharpness comes into sharper focus with each passing day. The Biden campaign is unlikely to allow the 81-year-old to get on a debate stage with Trump, given the incumbent president's abysmal record and the possibility of a national embarrassment.
