WATCH: Trump Reacts To Being ‘Through 7 Years Of Bulls*** Investigations’: ‘Even Democrats Say I’m Innocent’

45th President and leading 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump spoke with Fox News’s Tucker Carlson in his first interview released on Tuesday afternoon since being frivolously indicted by far-left Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

“They’re trying to prevent you from making it to the general election by tying you up with lawsuits and charging you with crimes. You’ve described the process-” Carlson said.

“The old Soviet Process,” Trump added, to which Tucker agreed.

“And you’ve described it as illegitimate. If this goes to trial and you get convicted, in the middle of a presidential campaign how would you respond?” Carlson asked.

“Well, it’s so off the statute of limitations. Years off. It’s hard to believe. You know, usually, when you have something like this, the Democrats say, ‘Oh, he’s terrible, guilty!’ Democrats have even said I’m innocent,” Trump answered.

“I watched some of these… Andrew McCabe. The FBI guy who If fired. He came out and said they have no case. They’ve all come out and said it. And then you’ve had Andrew McCarthy, you’ve had Jonathan Turley, Greg Jarrett, Dershowitz, all of them,” Trump added.

“Everybody. And they’re like down the middle people. They say there’s no crime, there’s no anything. Think of it, Tucker, I’ve been through seven years of bullshit investigations. Seven years,” Trump continued.

Trump also revealed in his interview with Carlson that New York Police Department (NYPD) officers who processed him were “crying.”

“It was a horrible thing because I did nothing wrong. Absolutely nothing wrong. You look at even the pundits and the legal and the legal analysts – Greg Jarret. All of these really talented people. They’re saying he didn’t do anything wrong. So that’s number one,” Trump said.

“Number two, they were incredible. When I went to the courthouse, which is also a prison in a sense, they signed me in. And I’ll tell you. People were crying. People that work there. Professionally work there that have no problems putting in murders and they see everybody,” Trump added.

“It’s a tough, tough place. And they were crying. They were actually crying. They said I’m sorry. They said ‘2024, sir. 2024.’ And tears were flowing from their eyes. I’ve never seen anything like this,” Trump continued.

“Those people are phenomenal. Those are your police. Those are the people that work at the courthouse. They’re unbelievable people,” Trump added.

“This is all weaponization. They’re weaponizing our justice system,” Trump later said.

One week ago on Tuesday, far-left and corrupt Manhattan prosecutors revealed their details concerning Trump’s 34 frivolous felony charges. They accused Trump of covering up sex scandals during the 2016 presidential campaign and falsifying business records in the first degree.

Assistant Manhattan district attorney Chris Connolly claimed in court that Trump falsifying business records undermined the integrity of the 2016 presidential election.

The judge presiding over Trump’s case, Judge Juan Merchan, didn’t place a gag order on Trump, but told Trump’s defense team to not make “statements that are likely to incite violence and civil unrest.”

Judge Merchan refused to issue a gag order on Trump since he is a “candidate for President of the United States” and “his First Amendment rights are critically important,” according to the Daily Mail.

The judge also set Trump’s next in-person hearing for Dec. 4.

Bragg could face up to five years in prison if he is responsible for leaking Trump’s frivolous indictment.

Leaking grand jury testimony is a Class E felony under New York state law and carries a prison sentence between one and five years.

“A Class E felony charge is considered more serious than a misdemeanor charge, and as such carries a potentially longer jail sentence. While a Class A misdemeanor in New York carries a sentence of up to 364 days, a Class E felony can result in a sentence of between one year and five years,” according to The Law Offices of Julie Rendelman.

Bragg, who has been exposed as being funded by a group supported by far-left billionaire George Soros, was able to get a Manhattan grand jury to vote to indict Trump last Thursday. The Color of Change PAC, the “nation’s largest online racial justice organization”, which was given $1 million in May 2021 from Soros, gave $1 million to Bragg but later pulled back half of their donation.

Also on Tuesday, April 4, Adult film “star” Stormy Daniels lost another case against Trump in the 9th Circuit Court where Trump was awarded $121,962 in her attorney fees.

In March 2022, Daniels was ordered to pay Trump $300,000 after losing a defamation case against him. However, on Thursday, a Manhattan grand jury voted to indict President Trump over a $130,000 payment to Daniels made by his former lawyer and now-convicted liar, Michael Cohen.

This makes Trump the first American president to ever face criminal charges.
