WATCH: Trump Says Upcoming CNN Debate Will Be Like 'Debating Three People Instead Of One'

During a campaign rally on Tuesday in Racine, Wisconsin, presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump told the crowd that his upcoming debate in Atlanta on June 27 with Joe Biden will be not just against Biden but the two CNN moderators, Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, as well. Trump told the audience that the Biden campaign came up with unfavorable rules for him and thought he would reject the debate request made last month by Biden.

"You know, I agreed to the debates. They came up to me, and they said, 'We're going to do a debate. We'd like to challenge you to a debate.' But they didn't want me to accept, so they gave me something that I couldn't accept," Trump explained. "CNN 'Fake' Tapper, right? 'Fake' Tapper; sit down at tables; no audience. ... I said, 'Well, I think we should at least stand up; don't you think it would be respectful? But I said, we'll do it.'"

"They didn't think I was going to do it," the 45th president said. "They thought I would say no. I don't want to do it because CNN is so, you know, it's fake news. But I think maybe they'll be honest. I think 'Fake' Tapper would really help himself if it were honest. But you'll see immediately if it is or not… Dana Bash is the other."

"I'll probably be negotiating with three people, but that's OK, I've done that before," he added. "I'll be debating three people instead of one, instead of one-half of a person."

Trump also said that President Biden would be "pumped up" ahead of the debate, once again hinting at the idea that the president would allegedly be under the influence of enhancing drugs to compensate for his deteriorating cognitive abilities. As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, Trump has called for Biden to take both a cognitive test and a drug test before the debate to prove his mental fitness to the American people.

"Biden should have a cognitive test," Trump said earlier this month during a rally in Las Vegas, Nevada. "No. 1, they say it's unconstitutional. That's a good excuse. He should have a cognitive test. And before the debate in two weeks, he should take a drug test because I'm willing to take one." The 45th president also criticized the media for not accurately covering the 81-year-old Democrat's routine gaffes and mental lapses. "Remember when Joe said, 'It's great to be in Idaho,' and he was in Iowa?" Trump joked. "He always does that. If I ever did that, it would be over. They'd say, 'That's the end of his political career: He's cognitively impaired.'"

Since the onset of Presidential debates, every single one of them has been moderated by biased Democrats or closeted Democrats (aka RINOs). The upcoming debate on June 27 will be no different. President Trump will indeed be debating three individuals.
