WATCH: Tucker Carlson Brings New Footage of the January 6th Capitol Riot – ‘They Are Liars’

On Monday night, Tucker Carlson finally began his investigation into the January 6th Capitol Riots after being granted access to over 40,000 hours of footage from Speaker of the House Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

Throughout Tucker’s show, he attempted to counteract the House Select Committee on the January 6th Attack saying that his investigation “does prove without a doubt that Democrats in Congress, assisted by Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney, lied about what happened that day. They are liars. That is conclusive and that fact should prevent them from ever being taken seriously again.”

The cable news personality explained that his producers worked tirelessly to comb through the thousands of hours of footage to reconstruct what happened that day. Throughout that process, they were able to eliminate a large swath of footage via geo-mapping software on the Capitol computers.

They were not, however, able to have access to facial recognition software which hindered the ability to track certain individuals throughout the footage. He then went on to explain that his team was in contact with the Capitol Police Department to ensure that the footage they showed was safe to display, thus not compromising the security of the Capitol building. Tucker noted that the only change requested by the Capitol Police was the blurring of a door in the interior of the building.

Tucker went on to comment that protesters were routinely let into the building or escorted throughout the Capitol. He also claimed that there were multiple individuals in civilian clothing that were acting suspiciously leading Tucker to question if they were agents of the government. However, he stated that he had no proof of such claims and that he would not be showing their faces.

In addition, Tucker explained that the mystery of Ashli Babbitt’s death at the hands of a Capitol police officer will go unsolved given a lack of cameras in the area where she was shot.

The Fox host went on to explain that hardly anyone in Washington wanted the tape to be released and shown to the public given that it would disrupt the carefully crafted narratives constructed by the Democrats.
