On Friday morning, Tucker Carlson released an hour long interview with former Hunter Biden associate Devon Archer.
The release of the interview comes just days after Archer appeared before the House Oversight Committee in a closed door session where he exposed Joe Biden's frequent phone calls with Hunter's business associates.

As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, Carlson released the first part of his interview with Archer on Wednesday where he showcased a never before seen letter that showed then-Vice President Joe Biden communicating via letter with Devon Archer, Hunter's then business partner.
The first part of the interview that aired on Wednesday opened with Carlson asking Archer what skills Hunter Biden brought to the various businesses in which he was employed. Archer explained that he brought his "know-how" of Washington DC, his network, and the Biden "brand."
Archer explained that he is unsure whether Hunter would have been able to get into those various business positions if he didn't have the Biden name."Whether he could have been in that position, it is hard for me to speculate," Archer said. "Obviously, the brand of Biden adds a lot of power when your dad is the vice president."
Carlson went on to explain how private equity can be a complex business and that various knowledge sets on regulatory issues are often needed in order to perform in that kind of position. Despite that needed knowledge, Archer explained that Hunter himself would often just lead teams of experts and not necessarily know it himself.
"You have to be the expert in knowing the guy and he was the guy that was the expert in knowing the guy," Archer explained, adding that Hunter was able to connect individuals with his brother, his father, other members of his family, and others in Washington.
Archer went on to explain that Washington is a town where people "sell access" in order to get things within the government done to usurp regulation and "get things put to the front of the line."
"At the end of the day [Hunter] had the best advantage to do that because of where he was and we thought that when we went into business, it was a great opportunity for us," Archer said about Hunter's ability to move the levers of Washington.
"What I think we ran into, what Hunter ran into, was an Icarus situation," the businessman said. "So he got too close to the sun. He was too good to be true and the connections were too close and the scrutiny was too much. It ended up destroying, left the wake of a lot of destruction in businesses over a number of years."
The conversation then turned to the various phone calls that then-Vice President Joe Biden was phoned in on during Hunter and Devon's business meetings. Archer explained that over the ten-year period in which they were in business, the elder Biden was likely called upon around 20 times.
"I can definitely say at particular dinners or meetings, [then-Vice President Biden] knew there were business associates," Archer said. "And if I was there, I was a business associate too. Or if any of the other colleagues from the DC office or the New York office were there so yeah at times there were."
Archer went on to explain that those calls were "powerful" when Biden would call in. "The power to have that access and that conversation. It's not in a scheduled conference call and he's part of your family, that is like the pinnacle of power in DC," Archer explained. "It's an abuse of soft power."
The former Hunter Biden best friend then went on to explain that he first met Joe Biden at the 2000 DNC convention. His relationship with Hunter began around 2008 when they talked about the transition from lobbying to strategic advising to create a private equity fund.
Carlson then revealed a letter sent from then-Vice President Biden to Archer in 2011 where the Democrat lawmaker wrote that he was disappointed that he didn't get a chance to speak with, and thank, Archer at a lunch given his commitment to hosting President Hu of China. Biden then hand-wrote "happy you guys are together" on the letter.
Archer went on to explain that Biden was likely thanking him for going into business with his son on various foreign deals.
