After a mass shooting at Covenant Elementary School in Nashville, Tennessee, the White House began their campaign to strip law-abiding Americans of their constitutional rights.
The shooting at the Christian elementary school left three adults and three children dead. The shooter, notably a female which is rare for mass shooters, was killed by police.
Following the shooting, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre led the charge to push Democrat’s long held desire to restrict access to firearms by blaming Republicans, as reported by The Daily Wire.
”We need to do something,” she said in the belief that government can cure evil. “Once again, the president calls on Congress to do something before another child is senselessly killed in a preventable act of gun violence. Again, we need to do something.”
“How many more children have to be murdered before Republicans in Congress will step up and act to pass the assault weapons ban?” The press secretary asked.

Jean-Pierre’s demands come after President Biden also called on Congress to pass his assault weapon ban, however, he first requested chocolate chip ice cream.
IS NPR BIASED? NEW PIECE ON TRUMP’S PERSECUTION BY BRAGG SETTLES THE QUESTION
President Biden initially opened his remarks following the shooting at the Women’s Business Summit in a unserious fashion.
”My name is Joe Biden,” he said as the audience laughed. “I’m Dr. Jill Biden’s husband.”
When Biden came down to address the women’s group, he said he “came down because I heard there was chocolate chip ice cream.”
“By the way I have a whole refrigerator upstairs,” Biden continued. “You think I’m kidding.”
After Biden’s ramblings, however, he got back on message and said that the shooting is “heartbreaking, a family’s worst nightmare,” as reported by CNN.
“We have to do more to stop gun violence. It’s ripping our communities apart,” the president said. “We have to do more to protect our schools so they’re not turned into prisons.”
President Biden and his aides at the White House were quick to politicize this tragedy in an attempt to push their priority to strip Americans of their constitutional rights.
