'What World Is She Living In?': Karine Jean Pierre SLAMMED After Making Ridiculous Statement On Biden's Economy

During the White House press briefing on Monday, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre made a ludicrous statement about President Biden's record on the economy that led to significant backlash from conservatives on social media and lawmakers alike.

Jean-Pierre was asked by reporters about an upcoming speech that will be made by the president about the ability of 'Bidenomics' to improve the economy

"But, look, 13 million jobs, again, when you think about how Americans feel better about their personal finances, that is important," the press secretary said. "When you think about wages are going up, when you think about the really good paying, millions of good-paying jobs, union jobs that his policies are going to create, all the things are really incredibly important."

"So the president's going to continue to speak to that," she continued, adding, "And that's what we believe we're going…that is our, you know, our priority to do."

In response to her claim that Americans are feeling better about their finances under the Biden administration, Rep. Wesley Hunt (R-TX) wrote, "What world is she living in? Inflation is the highest it’s been in 40 years.  Nearly 80% of Americans think the country is headed in the wrong direction. A vast majority of Americans can’t find $1k in emergency funds. Biden has FAILED America."

"The only American feeling better about their personal finances under Joe Biden’s economy is his son," wrote Public Square CEO Michael Seinfert.

"The only people in America who feel better about their personal finances are the Biden Crime Family," tweeted Congressman Bob Good (R-VA).

A recent poll conducted by the Associated Press found that only 33 percent of Americans approve of Biden's handling of the economy as inflation continues to linger and Americans' purchasing power continues to lower.

According to The Heritage Foundation, the Biden economy has continued to get worse in 2023 with EJ Antoni writing, "Inflation has destroyed purchasing power and reduced real wages, especially for lower-income earners. Yet Mr. Biden claims 'real income for the bottom half of earners is up by 3.4% since I took office.' That is completely false."

"Under Mr. Biden, the bottom 25% of income earners have seen their real incomes fall 2.3%, while the second income quartile has fallen 3.9%," the economist continued. "That means the two groups that make up the bottom half of earners have both seen their real incomes decrease, not increase. There is no excuse for such a blatant misrepresentation of the facts."

"Mr. Biden claims he has given 'low-income Americans more breathing room,' but with falling real wages and a higher cost of living, the only breathing room Mr. Biden is providing is under water," he concluded.

It is apparent that the Biden administration is not living in reality. Americans are suffering financially under Biden's policies and the press secretary's assertion flies in the face of the millions of Americans who are suffering thanks to the president's failing leadership.
