Biden Admin SEETHING Over Not Being Able To Censor Information On Social Media Following Landmark Ruling, Claims It Will Bring 'Irreparable Harm'

The Biden administration isn’t too pleased about not being able to conspire with Big Tech, as they requested that a court to stay a preliminary injunction to allow the administration to continue to meet with major tech corporations during the trial.

On Tuesday, a Missouri court made a major decision in protecting free speech by barring numerous individuals and organizations within the Biden administration from meeting with social media companies, as previously reported by the DC Enquirer. The intent is to prevent these people and agencies from conspiring to force censorship on the platforms, something that was seen widely during the COVID-19 pandemic where any dissenting opinion was quickly shut down.

Conservatives quickly celebrated the move, widely recognizing the massive improvement to online free speech that would be awarded from the massive decision. The two attorney generals responsible for the suit both celebrated the decision, with Louisiana's Attorney General Andrew Bailey celebrating the landmark decision on Twitter, per the DC Enquirer.

Despite the clear First Amendment victory, the Biden administration is already doing what it can in order to roll back the American victory. On Thursday, the court asked for the preliminary injunction to be stopped, saying that the administration is facing “irreparable harm” from the decision, per Fox News. The administration argued that it is preventing the administration from “working with social media companies on initiatives to prevent grave harm to the American people and our democratic processes.”

"These immediate and ongoing harms to the Government outweigh any risk of injury to Plaintiffs if a stay is granted, and for the same reason, a stay is in the public interest," the court memo continued.

With so many praising the move, it’s odd that the Biden admin would feel that they need to challenge it. What would the administration need to be doing with censorship during a time outside of COVID? Even during COVID, the Biden administration had no right to actually censor information, but they at least could stretch the cause a little for some support and understanding.

The move from Biden seems like a clear intent to interfere with the upcoming election. No presidential candidate besides Biden would have access to government agencies nationwide to work with social media companies to censor information. The mentally deficient president and his corrupt regime are hoping to use any and every immoral tactic to secure their election win despite the record-low popularity with the American people.

that was a good court action, however biden is still managing to do it on some social media platforms. I also read articles from the Report, and when i try to comment on some that have a negative impact on the bidens, or even his administration it wont post. How ever if i coment on others that have anything to do with his administration it will post...Hmmm.
