On Sunday, a massive crowd formed outside Trump Tower in New York City just days after leading 2024 Republican presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump surrendered to authorities in Fulton County, Georgia.
"Spotted just outside Trump Tower in NYC. So much love and support for [Donald Trump]," Paul Ingrassia wrote with videos attached. "The American people know these indictments are completely baseless, a continuation of the Obama-Clinton-Biden witch-hunts, and the support for our soon to be 47th President is stronger than it’s ever been! Trump 2024! MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"
In the video attached, supporters of the 45th president can be seen waving American, thin blue line, and Trump flags while wearing MAGA hats.
In a follow-up clip, the crowd of supporters can be heard shouting "We love Trump" and "We the people love Trump" outside the iconic building.
Supporters have previously come out in droves at the Fulton County jail when Trump surrendered to authorities on Thursday evening. Supporters could be seen with massive Trump flags, wearing red MAGA hats, and holding up large signs in support of the 45th president. One massive flag held outside the jail read, "Trump or Death."
Blacks for Trump also came out to show their support for the former president with a number of them shouting "Trump, Trump, Trump!"
As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, the country has rallied behind President Trump following his fourth indictment by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
Willis charged President Trump and 18 other allies earlier this month for their actions following the 2020 presidential election. Trump specifically was hit with 13 charges including "Violation Of The Georgia Rico (Racketeer Influenced And Corrupt Organizations) Act," "Solicitation Of Violation Of Oath By Public Officer," "Conspiracy To Commit False Statements and Writings" and "Conspiracy To Commit Forgery in the First Degree," as well as a number of other charges.
These charges and the subsequent mugshot, however, have only bolstered Trump and his supporters. According to a report from POLITICO, Trump raised $7.1 million in just over 48 hours. The Trump campaign also set a record for themselves with the largest single 24-hour haul in the campaign's history with $4.18 million being brought in only a day after Trump surrendered to authorities.
One of the biggest contributing factors that led to the massive influx of donations was the quick and timely release of merchandise with Trump's mugshot emblazoned on shirts, mugs, stickers, and other merchandise that became available within minutes of the photo's release
The American people see what these indictments really are. They serve as a blatant attempt to stop President Trump from running again in 2024 and potentially winning the White House. Luckily, Americans from every walk of life are willing to stand up against the politicization of the law.
