Tens Of Thousands Cross Southern Border As Migrants Allowed To Enter Country With Court Appearance Dates Set For 2035
As part of the ongoing southern border crisis, exacerbated as a result of the end of Title 42, Fox News has reported that the head of U.S. Border Patrol has authorized the release of illegal migrants into the U.S. without court dates if agents face overcrowding as the Biden administration scrambles to deal with a historic surge. This move, however, was blocked by a Florida federal judge on Thursday evening. That hasn't stopped Border Patrol from releasing migrants with court dates as far out as 2027 or even 2035. Read More
