BREAKING: NY Appeals Court Sides With Trump, Blocks Judge From Canceling Trump Org.’s Business Certificates 

On Friday, a New York appeals court ruled against far-left Judge Arthur Engoron and New York Attorney General Letitia James and halted Judge Engoron's order to cancel the business certificates of the Trump Organization.

The ruling also declined to stay Trump’s ongoing civil business fraud trial.

Trump’s lawyer, Christopher Kise, said in a statement, “We are very pleased the First Department upheld New York law and put a halt to any cancellation of business certificates, receivers or dissolution.”

“The trial court’s attempt to reach issues, entities, and assets beyond the scope of this case has been suspended,” Kise added.

Trump’s son, Eric Trump, announced the Trump Organization’s response on X, formerly known as Twitter, reading, “We thank the Appellate Division for staying the NY Attorney General’s and Judge Engoron’s overzealous attempt to cancel our New York business certificates.”

“Judge Engoron’s order erroneously sought to adjudicate the rights of non-party business entities that employ nearly 1,000 hard-working New Yorkers, have never been accused of any wrongdoing and, were never given their day in court – in clear violation of their fundamental Constitutional rights and Due Process,” the Trump Organization added.

“We will continue to vigorously defend our company and our incredible employees from this politically-motivated persecution,” the Trump Organization continued.

On Tuesday, Judge Arthur Engoron issued a gag order on President Trump to prevent Trump from posting or publicly talking about members of the judge's staff. The gag order comes after Trump attended the first day of his "civil fraud trial" from Letitia James's $250 million lawsuit against him.

Trump, alongside his lawyers Chris Kise and Alina Habba, went before a smug, smirking, and laughing Justice Engoron who has previously ruled that Trump’s stunning beachfront Palm Beach, Florida Mar-a-Lago estate, the Crown Jewel of Palm Beach, is only worth $18 million dollars, a claim real estate insiders have called “utterly delusional.”

Justice Engoron has sided with Attorney General James and found Trump, his family, and his business empire, the Trump Organization, liable for fraud.

Before entering the courtroom earlier this week, Trump spoke to reporters for nearly 10 minutes, declaring, "There was no crime, the crime is against me."

"The crime is against me because we have a corrupt District Attorney and we have a corrupt attorney general," Trump explained.

"This has to do with election interference, plain and simple," Trump said of the lawsuit.

"This is a continuation of the single greatest witch hunt of all time. It's a scam. It's a sham. In the meantime, people are being murdered all over the sidewalks of New York," Trump said.

"It’s a witch hunt and a disgrace. It’s all run by a corrupt attorney general," Trump added.

During Trump's time in court, Letitia James kept her eyes on Trump at all times, creepily staring him down.

Letitia James spoke to reporters, as well, saying, "Today we will prove our other claims."

"My message is simple - No matter how powerful you are, no matter how much money you think you may have, no one is above the law. And it is my responsibility and my duty and my job to enforce it," James added.

Before heading into court, Trump wrote in a post on his top-rated social media platform, Truth Social, "JUST ARRIVED AT THE COURTHOUSE TO FIGHT A CORRUPT & RACIST ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND A ROGUE, OUT OF CONTROL, TRUMP HATING JUDGE, WHO REFUSES TO FOLLOW THE APPELLATE COURT DECISION WHICH KNOKS OUT 80% OF THIS SHAM CASE."

"THIS IS THE CONTINUATION OF THE GREATEST WITCH HUNT OF ALL TIME. ELECTION INTERFERENCE," Trump added.
