A new poll released by Stack Data shows leading Republican presidential contender and 45th President Donald J. Trump besting Joe Biden in a likely 2024 matchup. The poll also finds Trump winning some of the key battleground states he will need to win if he wants to beat Biden big league in next year's election.
"The poll shows Trump on course to win back four key swing states that Biden won in 2020: Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. All of these states were won by Trump in the 2016 election before flipping to Biden in the 2020 election, preventing Trump from the same path to the White House. These states are vital for Trump's reelection," Stack Data reports. The survey finds Trump winning Wisconsin by .9 percentage points. The survey also finds Donald Trump victorious in Arizona by 1.4 percentage points. His numbers in Georgia and Pennsylvania are even more impressive -- winning those states by 3.3 and 2.3 percentage points, respectively.
The poll, released in POLITICO this Monday, also shows close contests in Nevada and Michigan, with Trump and Biden separated by less than two points. All in all, at least so far, Trump is performing very well in the polls, which should scare the Biden campaign. After all, even with recent indictments, Trump has managed to be a unifying figure for Republicans, and voters are rallying around the 45th president in record numbers. As such, Trump is in as strong of a position with Republican voters as ever. Truly, Trump remains a potent force to win the presidency in 2024.
As previously reported by the DC Enquirer, a similar poll released by the New York Times last week from the various swing states across the country shows that in five out of six, 45th President Donald Trump led Biden. According to the poll, Trump leads Biden in Nevada by 10, Georgia by six, Arizona by five, Michigan by five, and Pennsylvania by four. Biden only leads Trump in Wisconsin by two.
The Real Clear Politics polling average has Trump besting Biden in nationwide polling in recent weeks, and this is despite the fact that Republicans can generally afford to underperform in the popular vote while still winning the election -- as they did in 2000 and 2016. As such, it stands to reason that the radical, far-left Democrats would use any means necessary to gain a much-needed political advantage -- including indicting their most likely political opponent. Trump's dominance is impressive indeed. Patriots all over the nation must rally behind the eventual Republican nominee as conservatives try to undo the damage caused by the Biden administration.
