FIVE Suspected Terrorists On FBI Watch List Captured In Arizona Near Mexico Border

Reporting from the border crisis unfolding in the Southwestern United States has revealed that U.S. Border Patrol agents in the Tucson Sector of Southern Arizona captured and detained at least five illegal immigrants on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Database watch list. The five people were allegedly handed off to the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force.

According to Breitbart News, the startling report out of Arizona comes from a confidential source within Customs and Border Protection who is not authorized to speak with reporters, making the revelation a serious professional and potential legal risk.

The source told Breitbart that the foreign nationals arrested had illegally crossed the border and were evading authorities in separate events throughout Friday and into that evening. They were unable to verify the gender, age, or nationality of the suspected terrorists. 

Citing an officially released report from U.S. Customs and Border Protection the outlet noted that eighty illegal immigrants listed on the watch list have been captured while attempting to enter the U.S. via the border with Mexico during fiscal 2023. Conversely, only two were captured entering from Canada during the same period.

Congressman Darrell Issa (R-CA) told Fox News, "Biden’s open borders aren’t just a gateway to five million illegals, record human and child trafficking and the deadliest drug crisis in our history."

He added, "Biden’s reckless policy is also an open invitation to even the most wanted terrorists in the world to come to America. They know they’ll never have to leave. The nation knows what’s going on and this president has only begun to be held accountable for what he has done."

The congressman's office confirmed the arrest of the suspected Afghani terrorist with a CBP field office in California.
