In A Win For Trump, Judge Rejects Biden, Rules Biden MUST Hand Over Fauci, White House ‘Misinfo’ Emails Sent To Tech Giants

A Louisiana federal judge appointed by forty-fifth President Donald Trump, Judge Terry Doughty, ruled on Tuesday the Biden administration has 21 days to hand over all emails sent by Dr. Anthony Fauci and White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre to social media giants concerning misinformation and social media censorship.

Judge Doughty rejected the Biden Administration’s defense of executive privilege to protect the emails from being handed over.

The lawsuit was filed in May by Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt and Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry. They accused the Biden administration of a COVID-19 lab leak, coronavirus lockdowns, and violating the constitutionally protected right to free speech in elections. “This Court believes Plaintiffs are entitled to external communications by Jean-Pierre and Dr. Fauci in their capacities as White House Press Secretary and Chief Medical Advisor to the President to third-party social media platforms,” Judge Doughty ruled.

“Having threatened and cajoled social-media platforms for years to censor viewpoints and speakers disfavored by the Left, senior government officials in the Executive Branch have moved into a phase of open collusion with social-media platforms under the Orwellian guise of halting so-called ‘disinformation,’ ‘misinformation’ and ‘malinformation,’” Landry, who is running for the U.S. Senate in Missouri, argued in the lawsuit.

“As a result of these actions, there has been an unprecedented rise of censorship and suppression of free speech — including core political speech — on social media platforms,” the lawsuit states. “Not just fringe views, but perfectly legitimate, responsible viewpoints and speakers have been unlawfully and unconstitutionally threatened in the modern public square,” the lawsuit reads.

Social media censorship has been such an issue for conservatives that Trump launched his own social media platform, Truth Social, to provide himself and his supporters a platform to speak.

Truth is doing amazing, the most engaged social media platform anywhere on the Internet! And now businesses who want to sell their great products to REAL people—not BOTS!—can buy localized ads on TRUTH via Rumble Ads,” Trump wrote on Truth Social on Wednesday.
