Indictment Backfires: Trump Raises Over $35 Million In Second Quarter, Trouncing DeSantis

Leading 2024 presidential candidate and 45th President Donald Trump, a man who’s no stranger to setting records, doubled his fundraising during the second quarter of 2023.

Trump’s joint fundraising committee raised over $35 million in the second quarter, almost double the $18.8 million they raised in the first quarter of 2023.

Trump’s fundraising has completely obliterated Florida'a absentee governor and now 2024 presidential candidate Ron DeSantis’ fundraising. The first 24 hours after DeSantis announced his run, he raised $8.2 million but has refused to reveal how much he has raised since.

Trump has two joint fundraising committees - Trump’s official campaign and his leadership political action committee, Save America. The campaign’s total filing will be released through the Federal Election Commission (FEC) later this month.

This comes after Trump, who was also frivolously indicted by far-left Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg in March, was federally indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith last month.

Trump pleaded not guilty to all 37 fraudulent counts brought by Special Counsel Jack Smith relating to him supposedly “mishandling” classified documents.

Luckily for Trump, he has the ultimate defense. Trump turned Jack Smith’s frivolous federal indictment of him on its head when he cited the Presidential Records Act as a defense.

The Presidential Records Act is a 1978 law that allows presidents to decide what records to keep and take, regardless of what the National Archives and Records Administration thinks.

On Wednesday morning, Trump took to his top-rated social media platform, Truth Social, writing, "Please remember that the only reason I was indicted (ELECTION INTERFERENCE) is because the Democrats don’t want to run against me."

American people are sick and tired of all these baseless attacks on president Trump, the more frivolous charges you hurdle at president Trump the more money and support we will give him. The far left radical/socialist communist regime will not distract america.
